Rude salespeople. Quick question on if they know anyone who restrings Sun Garden umbrellas where we purchased it. First put me on hold with the intent of not answering and they answered second call but guy seemed really bothered. Won’t be back in there. Just sayin!

Avoid this store at all costs. They use bait and switch tactics. There was a very large sign that said all outdoor furniture is 50% off. After driving over an hour to buy am outdoor furniture set I was told this one piece was not on Sale. After asking why I was told it was brand new. Why would there be a single new item at an OUTLET store? Outlet stores are for returns and overstock. Highly discourage buying anything from this store. You're much better buying items direct online with free shipping. Store manager was a complete waste of time. The item was actually cheaper online at the standard Frontgate store. His answer was they would match the website. So now even further lying to customers by offering a sale that does not apply to items listed as such AND charging more then the main website which includes free shipping. Avoid at all costs.

Once a premier shopping venue is now nothing but poor craftsmanship and quality at luxury prices. Customer service remains excellent but the products are now cheap and simply not the quality for the price Frontgate demands. For over 15 years we have used Frontgate for our bath and some household accents to include once was the best made door mat bar none on the market. Now it is so lightweight it blows in the wind and sheds like a Siberian Husky! The resort towels pilling terrible even after over a month of washing and drying. The final straw was the beverage dispenser that had a safety sticker on the front just above the dispensing nozzle that left the plastic marred when being removed. Contacted Frontgate regarding this and they simply said...they know!

Expensive cast-offs. You might find a diamond in the rough if you dig hard enough.This outlet center combines three stores (see picture)Frontgate: high-end indoor and outdoor and rugs.Grandiroad: mid-grade smaller inventory.Ballard Designs: low-grade. Lots of chairs and lamp optionsNot sure if it was worth my long drive.
