We stop by the Cincinnati-Dayton Frisch's once or twice a week. My husband gets a cheeseburger meal with strawberry coke for my 11 year old because it's her favorite and a large diet cherry coke for me. Service is always great and they now know my husband. I have been sick the past couple of days, so I also ordered a fish sandwich and mac and cheese. Both were cooked to perfection and made me feel comfort in his time of being ill. I called to day thank you, but I wanted to put it here too. Thank you for Beatrice and Robin!

From the manager I received very poor service. I wasn't acknowledged for 5 minutes. The only nice person was the male Asian worker. This is the Frisch's in West Chester, OH. On Cincinnati -Dayton Rd.

Ordered specifically for a food allergy, the receipt was correct, the food was not. Called the manager, no help at all and somewhat rude. Other food was fair at best.

Ordered a simple grilled cheese sandwich, the sandwich was cold, the cheese wasn't even melted. It's like they toasted the bread and then just put two pieces of cheese on it, closed it and cut it and called it a grilled cheese sandwich. When placing my order I asked for tartar sauce on the side, never got that. They were out of lemonade. Some items were missing from the salad bar. Once we got our food the waiter never came back to ask if we needed anything until it was time to give us the check.

Servers are very attentive. Food is consistent with expectations. The only thing is ordering coffee is a hit or miss... either they're out or their machine isn't working, and they have to microwave it.

Burnt food Terrible waitress. Not worth going. Didn't eat the burnt food but still had to pay for it. Do not recommend this place.

We stopped by for the Friday night fish/seafood buffet. The food was surprisingly tasty. The fish was very moist and the shrimp was delicious.

The service was zero, she asked for Shek in chocolate, she gave it without chocolate, she asked L for a glass, she gave M, she didn’t give a receipt, and for some reason she actually took the bank card inside. Although I saw L glasses in her hand. I called her several times and she didn’t look up. If it were possible to rate it zero, I would give it.
