I stopped in at Fleet Feet because I didn't know where else to go, one of the best decisions I have made ever. I walk an average of 8-10 miles a day at work and my feet, knees and legs hurt so much everyday. After visiting Fleet Feet and getting a foot scan I was informed so much about my feet that I had no idea was even happening to cause my pain. My new shoes and inserts have made my feet feel amazing! No pain, no aches and my feet feel amazing. My knees stopped hurting my feet and calves no longer ache and hurt. This was a life changing experience for me and I will never go anywhere else.

Very nice and helpful people in the store. They work with you and my wife and I was able to stand on the foot ID and walk across the floor mat to find an exact match for shoes. We’ve both had problems for years with our feet and we finally have relief. Correct size and width along with support for our individual needs.

This was my first experience in purchasing custom fitting, high end running/training shoes. The service was excellent. Braulio spent over an hour with my wife and I, first doing a pressure point/walking gait analysis. Thereafter, he asked multiple questions regarding comfort, support needs and use needs. He then offered several shoe options and inserts based on the pressure analysis and our information. Though it is pricey, we see it as a health investment. We purchased Karahu's with inserts for me and Brooks Adreneline (No inserts) for my wife. Yesterday, I wore them in my gym workout and was extremely impressed by the support and comfort. I'd recommend Fleet Feet to all my friends.

I love this store! The associates are always patient and helpful. They act like they truly care. Fleet feet has a great return policy that most stores will not match.

I started at Fleet Feet Loveland with Mike who helped me get my size and offered me specific shoes for my plantar fasciitis. They didn't have the shoes I wanted in my size at the store, so he looked up Fleet Feet Oakley to have me go try on my actual size. Madi there was super helpful in finalizing my fit. Sadly they didn't have the color I wanted so she looked up and placed a hold of the shoes I wanted at the West Chester store. The person who helped me there was absolutely awesome! I didn't catch her name, but she helped me try on the shoe and ultimately helped me purchase the shoes with my doctor provided discount (hence why I needed to buy in person). Thank you to all who helped me get my shoes!

The workers were so kind and welcoming, from the moment we entered. Luke especially was amazing! He was personable, informative, and made the experience quick and efficient, we could not sing his praises enough and plan to return to this store just because of our experience with him. Thanks Luke!

I visited for the first time in hopes of finding some comfortable and supportive everyday walking shoes. They were very busy but still took as long as they needed to with me to find the right shoes. The fitting and measurement process was very helpful!

I brought my 94 year old mother to the store on Saturday. The staff couldn't have been nicer to us. I really appreciated their patience and kindness. They worked with her until they found the right shoes for her needs. Thanks for the spectacular customer service.

Very positive experience. Scan of feet is extremely valuable in determining type of shoe for the customer's needs and wants. Sales associate was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful.

I tried the Good Feet Store back in May and I really wished I would have known about Fleet feet before that. Leah fitted me in the right shoes and my feet barely hurt anymore. I was wearing the complete wrong shoe the whole time. Thanks Leah!!!

The 3D scan was really helpful in choosing a shoe. The sales clerk gave me a discount because I’m an amputee and only need one shoe. I felt like the service and business model was top notch. I’ll be buying my shoes at Fleet Feet exclusively now. They have a customer for life. (P.S. I went with Brooks).

Overall and outstanding experience at Fleet Feet in West Chester Ohio! Sam G. was our guide through the fitting process, shoe choice and final purchase. Sam's knowledge and personality made this experience what it was, that coupled with the technology that Fleet Feet offers as well as the amazing selection for all feet types. While Sam provided us with the most amazing customer service, all of the staff was personable and knowledgeable about their products and the thought process behind choosing the correct shoe for each individual. Highly recommend for the most comfortable shoes for your endeavors!

The colleague that helped me was super informative and you could tell he really cared about fitting me with the right shoe. From the 3D scan of my foot, I found out I was wearing shoes a full size too small and he helped get me fitted with the correct size shoes that were narrow enough for my foot. He also taught me a special way to tie the shoes to make them tighter on the heel which helped a ton! One of the shoes he had me try on was in a special color that was $20 more than the other colors. He informed me of that and asked if I wanted to order another shoe so I wouldn’t have to pay extra. I ended up getting a pair of ASICS and some insoles and I feel great! I also love the 60 day return policy in case I change my mind or have any fit issues.
