One of my business suppliers deposited a check online for $362 but they pulled out $3,621. Evidence of the mistake that happened from the bank are available and are crystal clear. The bank apologized and promised to refund the money within 24 to 48 hours. After 48 hours the banker came back to me saying that I will need to raise a claim and wait till the end of the month until they investigate the reason behind this mistake. I’ve explained that I need my money back to as I have commitments to payments to the IRS and other suppliers, but all what I got is sorry, this is the process.Don’t deal with bank of America in business accounts.

I need to close an unused savings account. Waited patiently for the trained employee to return from lunch. The new employee was nice. The trained employee returned and was told I needed her so I can close an account. She went to the back counter and began pulling bills out and counting them, speaking about me through the new employee and not talking to me directly. It was an obvious power move of some kind, she must not like people that close accounts. Needless to say, I won't have any accounts with them. As I write this she is now helping people through the drive-thru window. She is making me wait, I think I am being punished for closing my savings account. This customer service SUCKS

Worst bank I have ever dealt with. I got $500 out of the ATM. I walk in to exchange it for $100 bills and they ask for full name and I give . Then ask for ID or ATM card to do the exchange. I ask why and she says she only needs my name. So I said I gave it to you and she says she needs ID!!! Really! I am so glad my family are leaving this bank next week. They are just terrible with helping with everything. We make apt and they make us wait or say the person took lunch durning our apt time and can I come back later. Hello I made an Appointment for a reason.

Constant holds on your money, they will fee you to death. Worst mistake picking this bank when I moved here to Ohio.Im now in the process of researching other banking options as I'm done with this bank

Takes forever for them to do anything, and they're usually very confused about what's going on in their own organization. Error prone. It wasn't all bad, their staff is friendly and they do seem like they're trying their best, but I won't do business with them again.
