Will not recommend this place. I print my blue prints here often and today I sent a set in and asked for asap printing. I called a few hours later at 630 and the guy says it would take 6 minutes to print. I told him I was on my way from Indian hill. I arrived at 7 on the dot and he literally locked the door while I was getting out of my truck. Then told me he wouldn’t give them to me and that I could get them tomorrow. After knowing I’m on my way and showing up literally at closing time, this is not acceptable. Didn’t say anything to me about if it’s after 7 I couldn’t not pick them up. I spend thousands a year here running prints through them and they will no longer get a single dollar of mine and they can keep the prints. Ridiculous! Great customer service

This store may be good for some services, but stay away for any type of large format printing. They chage $10.90 per page to print blueprints. I've never paid more than $5 per page (which is still outrageous) and typically $2-$3 per page can be found easily. Charging $10 per page is borderline unethical

This is the best Fedex store and team to exist. Wonderful people like Peter, Hayden, Lois/Lena, (I’m so sorry for not remembering your name!) and Rob. They’re always kind and pleasant to interact with.
I would like to especially recognize Peter. I had been battling with returning a package to Stacees (please avoid this place like the plague.) After a month, they advised me that I had to pay out of pocket to ship my unopened package back to China. It costed more to ship it back to China than the actual dress was worth. I reluctantly accepted my fate and paid to send it back to China.
Halfway home, I realized that I was being ridiculous and might as well keep the dress instead of paying hundreds to return it. I called Fedex and was hoping for the best. Peter answered and graciously cancelled my order. I promised I would pick up the dress this Friday (about 2 days later.) SHOUT OUT to Peter for saving me hundreds and being so awesome. I definitely owe you one!!!
Peter, I really hope your manager and upper management see my review. People imagine heroes to be Superman or something. Today, my hero was Peter at the Cox Rd Fedex.

Rob was extremely helpful this past weekend. We had a lost dog in our neighborhood and wanted to get signs posted quickly. He could tell this was urgent, and we needed to print something that could last for awhile and withstand rain. He quickly offered a solution and printed everything within 5 minutes! We really appreciate it. Thankfully, the dog was found a few hours later! MANY THANKS TO ROB!

Needed to ship a guitar. Went to UPS first and they said they don’t have boxes that size and can’t ship it. Went to FedEx. Experience was pleasant, fast and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure such a fragile and expensive item was shipped with care. Rob the store manager gives a great customer service experience.

Emailed 1.5 hours ahead for 7 copies of my resume. Upon arrival, the email hadn’t been acknowledged. The employee said the copies would be ready in a few hours and there would be an up-charge for rushed service.That’s a first.I’ve sent multiple email attachments to both the Colerain Ave and Union Centre Blvd locations and my documents were ready within a couple hours with no up-charge.

This location has the BEST employees who are always so kind, helpful and accommodating. I am here several times a week mailing or shipping product/packages and it’s always a great experience. Highly recommend this location for any shipping or printing needs!

Insured my package for 1000.00 FedEx and paid for shipping both ways. They damaged my item by puncturing the package and busting a circuit board on my item and refused to pay for it. Not to mention spilling chemicals all over my package.
