I have been dragging my feet on writing this review for some time now and it’s long overdue for the service provided at this location.Becky and Savannah consistently go above and beyond in their roles, demonstrating a level of professionalism and kindness that is truly commendable. From their warm greetings to their willingness to assist with any inquiries or concerns, they create a welcoming atmosphere that sets them apart.During one of my visits, Savannah truly exemplified what it means to provide exceptional service. Despite the nearing closing time, she graciously extended her assistance, going the extra mile to ensure that my needs were met promptly and efficiently. Her willingness to help left a lasting impression on me.Becky and Savannah make an incredible team, setting a high standard for customer service excellence. Their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction is commendable, and they deserve recognition for their outstanding contributions to the FedEx experience.In conclusion, I cannot speak enough of Becky and Savannah at FedEx. Their commitment to providing exceptional service is evident in every interaction.

The two women who helped me today were so kind. One saw me coming with my large return and opened the door for me. The other went above and beyond to get my return completed. Both friendly and sweet, with smiling faces! A refreshing interaction amid a frustrating situation. Thank you, ladies!

Matthew and Becky were excellent. I first went in to the store to get clarification on how I should place my large printing order. Matthew gave a lot of pointers which helped greatly. Next after submitting the order online and going to pick it up, all the handouts were very good quality, folded, and stapled (around 270). The mounted posters were also excellent quality. Everything was also somehow completed in less than 24 hrs which was great!

I have tried to contact FedEx over and over and over... this is the 4th time my delivery was delivered to someone else! I complained after each instance and it continues to happen. The address it has been delivered to isn't even a similar address to mine. This makes absolutely no sense at all. My address is clearly marked on my house, as well as my mailbox. UPS, Amazon, Wayfair and USPS never seem to have a problem delivering anything so why is it that FedEx can't seem to get it right. This is frustrating. I have yet to be able to speak with a manager even after calling way too many times. This is not okay

This is the second time in a week we have tried to ship at this location, expecting them to be open until 7 like the website and google states and they are closed. Either stay open until 7pm like your signage and website states or change your website and signage.

Every time we go into this location, Matthew the store manager, helps us. We work for a company that has us shipping lots of recalled items. Matthew is extremely patient with us. Our trip into the store is very lengthy due to all the paperwork we have to do prior to sealing the packages. He is very accommodating and makes the shipping process easy. Thank you Matthew for all that you do to help!!

Both Matthew and Becky were incredible. I use this location for several work printing projects as well as with some wedding printing I do for friends. They are ALWAYS so professional, willing to help and accommodating. They are prompt and take pride in the work they do. I won't go anywhere else.

This is my go to for home printing needs from a flash drive during covid and working from home. Reasonable prices, way cheaper than maintaining my own printer, and helpful staff.
