I have tried to contact FedEx over and over and over... this is the 4th time my delivery was delivered to someone else! I complained after each instance and it continues to happen. The address it has been delivered to isn't even a similar address to mine. This makes absolutely no sense at all. My address is clearly marked on my house, as well as my mailbox. UPS, Amazon, Wayfair and USPS never seem to have a problem delivering anything so why is it that FedEx can't seem to get it right. This is frustrating. I have yet to be able to speak with a manager even after calling way too many times. This is not okay

I called and asked for a quote for a very small package which weighed less than a pound and was only going two miles away from Federal Express. I almost fell out of my chair and at the same time almost choked on my wad of chewing tobacco in my mouth quoting a price of $96.00. Fortunately, I had the presence of mind to spit the wad out preventing myself from become another choking fatality. However, it was not so fortunate for my all white cat ( no racism intended ) who was beaned in the side of the head and knocked unconscious. The firemen that were called were able to give Grace mouth to mouth resuscitation and brought her back from the brink of death. Currently, she's having trouble keeping her balance since she has such a large knot on her head. She looks like she's been on a three day bender. Not that I would know what that looks like. My friend told me about Safe Ship on Cox Road, West Chester, Ohio that would check all possible delivery services and give me the lowest price option. When the clerk told me $14.00 for the same package I almost did somersaults in the front of the store. I may use the savings to buy a customized walker for Grace since she's walking in circles since getting knocked in the noggin. Lastly, the young lady giving me the quote hung up on me when I said, " Whatttt " after she gave me the greedy and astronomical quote. I didn't say it in a disrespectful or derogatory manner. So much for customer service.

Emanuel is ALWAYS so helpful and kind. He is always so patient with me. I come into this facility often for printing and even when I don't send my documents correctly to the FedEx email address, Emanuel ALWAYS finds a way to correct the problem. I literally will NOT go anywhere else. I will come to THIS FedEx on Cox Lane because I know if Emanuel is working, I will be given the proper help. I just thank him so much for always being so kind. Thank you Emanuel. And thank you FedEx for hiring such kind people.

Great place to go for fast service and staff is friendly and always willing to help. One stop shop for shipping, email printing, AT&T return, and internet access

Good news/bad news.... Core Staff is very nice n knowledgeable. If you're in a hurry this is NOT the location to visit. You WILL get stuck in the Starbucks drive thru traffic as the parking lot is not conducive for quick in/out access. Today, once inside, I got behind a gal who had 8 sep Pkgs to send/pay for. Never once was I acknowledged that it would take a bit of time. I asked if there was another Assoc to help. There was but he was on a conference call. No worries but I'm DONE w this store. I've been going off n on now for 2 yrs. UPS I'm switching to you!
