I had an awful experience at the salon, tech ran through the service very quickly and was not very personable. 2 nails broke within 1 week and we are now at 2.5 weeks and another broke today. Very disappointed. When I first asked no to have them fixed, they stated they could not do so without knowing who the tech was. As this was my first time at this company and salon, I did not have the name, but described him to the best of my abilities. They told me I must have not made an appointment because they could not find my information. I had called in to make the appointment, provided all the information they asked for, and arrived early on the day of. There is absolutely no reason for them to have lost my information, as well as deny my request to fix their mistake. I will not be returning, and will ensure that my friends and family know how this salon operates, the low quality of their work, & poor customer service. Mind you, I have short square-round nails with solid colors. 0/10 recommend.

Kelly did my pedicure tonight. By far one of the best pedicures I’ve had in a while. (Her venmo name was Annie - so she might go by something different) nonetheless - ask for her for your pedi! Amazing!

I went in today for an acrylic removal, deluxe manicure and deluxe pedicure with gel. I was put into the pedicure chair first, in which I had my acrylics soaking off which is perfectly fine. However, the tech was all over the place trying to do my pedicure and manicure at the same time while I was in the chair. She applied sugar scrub up to my elbow, and applied the hot towel over top of it which stayed on for 15 minutes. No lotion massage was ever completed which is supposed to be part of the deluxe.
The tech did my entire manicure between switching the UV light from one foot to the other to cure the gel on my toes. So every 30 seconds, she’d switch from one to the other which made it feel very chaotic.
Sugar scrub was then left on my legs and arms after a very minimal wipe down with the hot towels, and I had to rinse my arms and legs off as soon as I got home because it was so sticky and got sugar particles on my car seat. Very little attention was paid to my cuticles, my nails were not buffed, and no cuticle oil was applied. I understand my nails are going to be pretty weak after acrylics, which is why I paid for the deluxe and I just wanted a clear polish for a natural look. My toes look decent, however the acrylic that was on my big toes from a previous pedicure was not removed all the way so the nail isn’t smooth. There was also no clean up of the skin surrounding the toenails so there is leftover gel polish.
I hate writing bad reviews but this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this salon, and I know several of my friends refuse to go here anymore due to a multitude of issues.

This place is for aesthetics, ONLY. If you want a real mani/pedi from technicians who are actually skilled; I would go to another spa/salon. This place is all about how nice their place looks(massage chairs, decor, etc) they do not put effort into nail/cuticle work. I’ve given this place a chance for the last time . Not to mention customer service is unpleasant, to say the least.

If you don’t have an appointment, don’t bother. I came in and requested a spa pedi and dip mani. Was told it would be a 45 minute wait. No problem. It’s a busy Saturday, and I understand. Went shopping and came back about 40 minutes later. Sat in the waiting area for about 15 additional minutes then was taken back to the pedicure chair…where I continued to wait for another half an hour. Techs kept walking by, no acknowledgment. Meanwhile, I’m watching other walk-ins who came in after me get waited on. It was then that I got up and left. An hour and a half of my time wasted on this overrated establishment.

Halle was amazing ! I hadn’t been to a nail salon since covid. Halle came highly recommended.

Avoid this location. I spent almost $50 for a dip powder and they were cracking that same week. After 2 weeks, they were completely chipping off. They normally last at least a month when I’ve gotten them done at other locations. The nail tech was also super rough and made one of my fingers bleed while doing them and said nothing. I tried going in person to see if they can fix or remove them and they said there’s nothing they can do, and that I’d have to pay the $12 fee to have them removed.

Kenny has been doing my nails for some time now and I won’t go anywhere else. I come in with crazy ideas and he always takes care of me ! The salon is neat and clean:)
Stylist: Keri at Voice of America made sure my pedicure was just how I wanted it and continued to ask me if I liked how they looked. I walked away super happy and will definitely be back!

I went in yesterday evening for a polish change and the technician was less than thrilled and clearly showed it, maybe because I wasn't getting a high cost service?? She was just plain rude through the whole thing. Clearly showing disapproval in the fact that I typically go to a different salon. When I didn't know where the sinks were to wash my hands she said "Is this your first time here?" Not in a nice, helpful way, but in a belittling, mocking way. She asked the reason for switching from SNS to gel this time and when I told her she told me I was making a poor choice. "I am required to tell you you are downgrading." In a very snooty way. I gave her a very nice tip, killing her with kindness, in hopes that she changes her tune when a new person comes in that typically gets services elsewhere. I shouldn't have given a tip at all. Unimpressed and I won't be going back.

Update... Love me nail tech, she gets ten stars. She is keeping OPI colors for us.
But review for the salon is staying... I mean they have 4.7 stars. And I'm not the only bad review.
They no longer use OPI. OPI is the only dip we use because it doesn't break or crack like other brands. And the colors match the swatches unlike other brands which was proven by one of the nail techs.
