Consistently LONG shipping times. Customer service representatives seem to be out of the loop when it comes to helping you track down your order.
Had a delivery from St. Louis to Cincinnati with a 1-day transit time which was unloaded and loaded at 3 separate facilities before being handed off to the carrier for the final delivery. ??? Um, I thought that Estes WAS the carrier. Who has my shipment?
Good to know that the money I paid for shipping goes to contract these lazy LTL carriers, must have been the lowest bidder available because if I owned a warehouse I would search far and wide to find a different freight carrier (wouldn’t be that hard), or one would think your dissatisfied customers might just stop ordering from you if they kept having to deal with Estes.
Never once was I contacted with an estimated delivery date even though I had to be the one to reach out to them twice at this point.
The delivery has apparently been split into multiple shipments because last week part of our order showed up on an Enterprise Rent-A-Truck. Seriously?!
Let’s hope whoever the hell you pay to get my shipment the last 30 miles cares about my items arriving undamaged as much as I care about not having wasted my money.
Wishful thinking.
Note: I DID NOT HIRE ESTES, NOR DID I HAVE ANY CHOICE IN THEM BEING CONTRACTED TO DELIVER TO ME. THIS WAS THE CARRIER OF CHOICE FOR THE WHOLESALER WE CHOSE TO ORDER FROM.
But for my money? I wish I had a choice- and it wouldn’t have been Estes.

Surprise....Surprise.. still waiting for my one pallet to be delivered. Poor reviews are correct.My one pallet has been sitting in West Chester since 4/3/2023. Reach out to customer care, it gets deflected.. "This is at our home delivery facility. They will reach out within 24/48 hours"umm.. no they won't.Still nothing.... I reach out and basically ask to delivery today because I fear it's going to sit there for weeks.. and it's looking that way. No response after I ask what happens if they don't deliver within that time frame.I will never again order from Lowes since they like to use the cheapest and worst carrier. Thanks for delaying my house project and adding to your amazing reputation. Glad I spent a bunch of money for my floor tiles to sit 25 mins away from my house. I'm at the mercy of a horrible LTL carrier... Yayyyyyyy... it will be 2024 before I receive my item.Man, I can only imagine trying to get a refund if this item is incorrect. Good Lord. Just surprising how businesses like this are still in business. Wow..Joke..Update.. Thursday 4/6/2023I chatted with delivery driver. He worked for a completely carrier. Long story short they are double broking their loads. This is why they have a hard time tracking down items.Wow

Tara was incredibly rude and short when I was trying to figure out an issue with payment. Gave me answers that had nothing to do with the issue. Estes, do better. Learn how to customer service. And don’t be rude to the people who use you. Uncalled for. If it were up to us, we wouldn’t even be using you.

They were supposed to call and schedule a delivery time/day. Decides to drop off pallet in driveway without scheduling delivery or notifying me that it was going to be arriving. No one was home.

I realize how valuable our truckers are and I appreciate what they do. That being said Estes has been one of the worst companies I have worked with. I understand delays but inaccurate information and missed deliveries is unacceptable. We had a delivery scheduled and an hour after the delivery window we were given they called to let us know it wasn't coming. They then scheduled it for the next day and gave a delivery time. Shipment never showed up. We don't keep regular hours so I've put my days on hold to wait on the shipment. I called again to check on shipment and again they never loaded it and this time never called. Use R&L or FedEx, Estes is awful.
