Nice people, did not charge for the inspection, but was going to overcharge me for the services needed. Said it was going to cost $650 total, so I took my car elsewhere and had it done for $171.

Shannon and all the individuals that work there are just like family! I’ve known him for many years and don’t take my vehicles any where else. He’s really fair on price and the quality of work is top notch. They will walk you through everything they did and explain all the parts used. They really care about what they do as well as the customers they serve! Love this place!!!!

AWD and engine light lit up on my daughter’s suv. We dropped off Sunday night. First thing Monday morning Michelle calls with an estimate. Within a couple hours the car was ready. I can always trust Esteps. Several times when the dealer told me I needed something, Esteps told me I was good for a while longer. Shannon and others are ALWAYS honest and do great work. Trust and quality are important to me and Esteps is the one I trust.

Nice to have an old school, dependable, local shop. After getting horrible service at King's Honda, I've been to Estep's twice and both times the work was done quickly and professionally. Good people.
