Such fun! It's sad that this place is closing soon. Such a wonder and delight with a scene or two for any interest. The circus section is a truly devious delight.

It's really cool. The place is huge and the work that went into it is crazy to consider. We are sad it is closing down. Though the price to get in and the price of everything there is a bit outrageous for what it is. I don't know about this place being a repeat visit except for the fact my son loves trains. But it is worth it, especially if you need to go to IKEA that day. Definetly a good way to kill a few hours and see something different
P.s. I didn't find a single dinosaur.

Update 10/23/2024 - Visited again and it was just as enjoyable as it was 8 years ago. Really tried to take in every bit of it. Thank you. ❤️
My children are 11 and 13 and both enjoy model railroading. The layout was much nicer and larger than we expected. We drove from Sandusky, Ohio (3.5 hr drive) and stayed about 2 hours.
I can't comment on the food because we didn't eat while we were there. I also can't comment on the other attractions because the kids are just too big for them. The layout and museum were more than enough for us though.
I took one star off for bathroom cleanliness. They could have used some attention. My only other complaint was the man who was photographing everything with his flash on. It would be nice to have a sign before you enter stating 'no flash photography'.
Overall, our time and money were well spent.

Last time my family went here, I was about 4-7 yrs old, & I'm turning 15 this July, & I still wanna come back again because I'm obsessed with trains! But my parents will say no because I'm too old. ??????????

I went with my daughter and two grandsons. We had a lot of fun! The boys like to play in the play area and it took us awhile to get them to leave there. I love looking at all the trains but they are too young to stop and read all the placards. Perhaps when they are older they'll enjoy that as much as just looking at the trains. They also have a haunted house again this year. However, this year because of the virus, they are giving the children a bag of candy when they come in to EnterTRAINment Junction instead of the children going through the haunted house and grabbing candy out of a bowl. I'm glad to see that they are taking safety precautions this year. Hopefully next year we will get everything back to normal. I highly recommend them for children of ALL ages.

Excellent place and sad to hear it will be closing permanently. My two kids and I have enjoyed this place for years and years and have never had one negative hiccup in any way. It has been a treasure.

I don't have the slightest interest in trains, but I truly enjoyed this place! The detail in all of the model houses, buildings, skyscrapers, trees, river (real water), people, mountains, animals, etc. was amazing! I have never seen anything like this in my life! The world needs more places like this to go see instead of scrolling on our phones!

I want to be the first to say that we should come together as a community and fund this as a new park.

The largest model train exhibit in the country. The attention to detail is incredible! They have a kids indoor playground that is train themed as well, and a mirror maze carnival style play area. Wonderful place to take your kids. Unfortunately they are slated to permanently close in January 2025. Worth the last minute trip to Cincinnati if you can make it!

So much fun!! There're so many trains to look at. A huge indoor playground iwth multiple slides, train table, fun house, and AMAZING gift shop with great deals! There are ride on attractions both inside and outside. We have been coming to this attraction for the past 5 years, and it quickly became our favorite place. They have multiple private party rooms. The party packages are very reasonable, and our family has hosted multiple birthdays and other occasions in these function rooms. The staff are always friendly. They have special themed train displays and activities for the kids at Easter, Halloween, Christmas, and there's so many events I cannot recall all of the others. They have opportunity for pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus around the holiday. Entertrainment truly is a gem!!!
