I scheduled an appointment to get a car after I had an accident and they put that I scheduled the appointment the same date and I was in the accident and time I was in the emergency room for my rental car pickup. Even if that was the case no one called to confirm why I didn’t I pick up on my “supposedly” scheduled pick up time. When I arrived for my car the actual date I scheduled there was no car available anymore.They just added more stress during an already stressful time, I would not recommend coming here.

The car was great. Very clean and nice. I got in and out of the door quickly on the day I picked up the car. The 5-star rating is primarily about the customer service I received at the Cincinnati-Columbus Road Enterprise location, which has made our family loyal Enterprise fans. We were lucky to work with Darrell, who provided us with warm, caring, efficient service from the minute we walked in, and throughout our rental car experience, which ended up being 162 days. We needed the rental car for almost six months following a traumatic accident my daughter was in, in which she was hit by a semi. The customer service we received at Enterprise on Cin-Columbus Road made a real difference - it provided a very positive, upbeat experience at a time when it was truly needed. At one point during this long-term rental, a situation arose when I was out of town. I needed help obtaining details about the car, and I needed the info NOW. I reached out to Enterprise and fortunately got Darrell on the phone. He understood the urgency and did everything in his power to help me. It involved a lot of steps on his end but he jumped in - just took care of business. I was truly amazed and moved by his level of commitment and care in helping out a total stranger who was in a tight spot. He helped me out the way you’d help out a friend. Above and beyond. We received the type of service that has made us loyal to Enterprise. Of course they’ll be our go-to car rental business moving forward. Thank you, Darrell!

Had to rent a vehicle several times in the last couple months. They go above and beyond. Darrell M. even stayed after closing because I left a key on the ring and went racing back to pick it up. I would HIGHLY recommend!

I have an appointment @8am to pickup the car and the store is closed saying they are out and didnot show up. There are at least half a dozen people waiting for car pickup and all of them are outrageous.

Reserved a minivan a week in advance. They called the day before to say they more than likely wouldn’t have one available, but could switch out to a 3rd row SUV. The guy told me that I (not him) would have to call other branches to check and they may or may not honor the deal that I reserved if they do have one. So I said I would just wait and see on the minivan. Called an hour before i was supposed to pick up the van to check and they had no 3rd row vehicles at all. Horrible customer service, wouldn’t have even given me a heads up had I not called

They REALLY need to have more than 1 person working - no reason to wait so long to pick up. Bad enough the Middletown location called to tell me I had to go to this location because they “didn’t have enough vehicles”, so I had to drive 31 min out of the way…in the heavy rain, place is packed like sardines, waiting over 1 hour

DONT Go here! Worst experience ever. I received a rental car after an accident. I talked to someone the day prior to my return and told him I would be returning the car Friday 2/17 and they gave me a total of $165 for the rental & let me know I needed to bring a new card, since the card I had on file wasn’t working. So I told them I’d come before the end of business day on Friday and pay my bill and return the car. I was shocked when I finished seeing patients on Friday and realized that my car had been towed away. When I called enterprise they said it was because of lack of payment. When I explained I talk to someone the day before an employee named Jackie just said sorry there’s no note please come return the keys. She wouldn’t give me the name of a manager to help rectify the situation. I had to have my husband get off work and come and get me. Such a terrible situation. I would advise everyone to stay away from this placeUpdate: I received a call of the car was back on premises and then I could come pick up my garage door opener. When I arrived they told me the car had been wrecked and that it was now at a different lot. It was just another wasted trip, where there was again no phone call. When I received a call from customer service I was told, “ normally I would be put on an enterprise list to be banned from renting in the future, but not to worry that this wouldn’t be happening in this case.” Just the worst customer service. Please avoid this place at all cost. Know that it will definitely cost you

Poor customer service in a business that should focus on customer service. I used enterprise due to my car being in an accident. The first rental car I got from them was hit while parked in a public parking lot. I explained the situation to the Enterprise associate, and they explained that since they are a “no fault” renter that even though I was hit I needed to return the car to Enterprise and pay them $500 on the spot for my deductible. There was no compassion and no other options for payment. Later, my insurance company came back and said that I should have only paid them $250 for my deductible. The Enterprise branch that overcharged me refused to refund me for the overcharged amount and told me I would have to go through a different department. They had no problem taking my money and overcharging me… but when it came time to making the situation right, they pass the buck to someone else. I will avoid using enterprise in the future, and would not recommend this location and their no compassion staff.

There is a deposit of 300$ on top of the actual cost of the rental so go prepared as it will charge your card $300 plus the rental cost. Excellent easy service though

I never feels good when you are told that the brake light and a the fact that the brakes don't work is not reason to trade in your rental car. They kept telling me that the service was not based on the cars vendor's recommendation. But never listen to me say that the brakes were not functioning as they were when I picked up the car and did not let me tell them that the parking brake would not stop the car either. They told me that all that they had was a truck and a Ford Escape and that I would have to drive to the next office if there was something available there..... in a car with no brakes. They really need to learn to listen and no "Mansplain" and hear what the customer needs are. I've complained to corporate twice and still have not heard back from this branch. There was also a person in the back of the office that did not greet me did not answer the phone just sat there. They seem to have not have a manpower issue if they can have people just sitting around. I would not recommend, would not repeat and would if you would like to live to drive again - Don't go here.

Understaffed. One person working in a shop where 3 at least are needed. Long line . Never got picked up at appointment time. Had to find a ride there. Waited 90 minutes for car. Employee was hard working and polite but overwhelmed. Hire some people Enterprise please.
