I ended up not buying a car here, but Richard was a fantastic sales rep. I felt like I was in really good hands with him. He even offered to take the car to be checked by a mechanic of my choosing! (because I live about 1.5 hrs away). Next time we're looking for a car I will definitely give Richard a call.

Wonderful experience, in and out in 20 mins. Car was exactly as described, honest and upfront. Would ? buy here again. No sales pitch, no pressure sale. We walked in, knew what we wanted, drove away in the car 20 mins later.
