I made an online appointment that, for some reason, didn't get into their system. It was for a wheel balancing check as I noticed some steering wheel shimmy. The gentleman at the front desk assured me that they would get me taken care of. He gave me an approximate time and shaved an hour off it! Excellent service, I asked him how it checked out, and my suspicion was confirmed. I highly recommend this location.

While mounting tires on my rims they scrached the inside of the rim, these are 19 inch rims so you can kind of see the scraches, no good

I have bought about 7 sets of tires for my vehicles. First of all, I never get the mileage out of the tires, about half of what they should get and it always seems like they are trying to sell me new tires when I go in for a simple rotation. I just had tires rotated and they said they only had 4/32 of an inch tread. I measured it myself and got 1/4inch. They did indicate that the next time they rotated them it would require new tires. I might not go back again.

They fixed a tire with a screw in it for free. Their corporate policy. Tire was from Tire Rack, not DT, but didn't matter. Yes, DT bought TR, but their systems are not integrated.

This is my second time i purchased 4 tires from discount tire . this location provided an exceptional service and pricing. thanks to assistant manager Stephen and the guys at the workshop did an amazing job installing my new tires. they really work very hard with big smile. enough just to stop in and get free tire pressure check any time. great store and company. thank you

Amazing service and job by the entire team/staff. The team was very friendly and professional. They repaired my flat tire for free and spent time walking me through the current condition of my tires. I definitely will be back for all my car/tire needs. Thank you!

Im a reoccurring customer but SHOUT OUT TO DREW everytime i come in he’s honest and does quality work. This is the best bang for buck tire place in the area this is coming from a car enthusiasts.
