Received a text from CVS saying Rx was ready. I went to the pharmacy and it was closed. There was a hand written note saying CVS had deployed the Pharmacist to another location for the day. It was a waste of a trip and my son needed medication. CVS did nothing to notify me that it had closed the Pharmacy completely for the day.

Pharmacist has been beyond rude to me on multiple occasions. So glad to finally be moving my prescription elsewhere. If you want to be treated like an uneducated piece of dirt this is the place for you.

The CVS website let my mom set an appoint for vaccination, when she got there the pharmacist on duty ignored her for a while, then told her they didn't have any and hadn't for 5 days. I think the pharmacist just didn't want to do it, but whoever is to blame - that is $20 there and $20 back she wasted.

I do find the staff at this location to be friendly, they are severely understaffed.... Most days it is just two people working in the Pharmacy there.... Usually the Pharmacist and a Technician. they really do need some additional staffing help at this location, as I don't want to see the nice people that work there, leave...

Absolutely ridiculous wait times always only 1 guy phone rings non stop so when u call nobody answers . Don’t waste ur breath on this place. Very unorganized

Horrible service. My doctor sent my prescription refills on a Wednesday. I tried calling on Saturday to see if they were ready. After going through four minutes of unnecessary prompts and recorded messages I was given the option to press 0 to talk to someone at the pharmacy. I then got a recorded message saying someone would be with me shortly. After three more minutes I heard a beep and was disconnected.

Another CVS was out of the prescription I routinely get every month. After they promised me it would be there next day, of course they didn't have it and transferred the script to CVS @ Target.

CVS used to be good. Here lately, however, not so much. For three consecutive months, the pharmacy did not a med that I get every 30 days. They would then order it. But I'd have to wait for it to ship to the CVS store. There remedy for that? Call us a week ahead of when you're out, so we can be sure to have it for you. Like, what? What happened to your logistics? You know computers are pretty good at that kind of thing, right? Why, after years, do I have to start reminding you how to do your job? One month, ok, things happen. Two months, what are you people doing to fix this? Three months? That earns you a transfer of not just this med, but all meds, to Walgreens pharmacy. Who, by the way, was very very accommodating.
