The parents are correct, unique personality is your child, this place likes to turn them into emotionless kids! Most of the staff is not welcoming to the kids. A early morning teach, their teacher who helps the kids with bathroom training, and a nutrition technician are the great. Other than them, the rest are no so friendly. Kids emotions and attitude change because of this place!

I cannot say enough good things about Creme de la Creme. I have 3 kids and we have tried a few different daycares over the years and not one comes close to the quality you’ll get here. I only regret that we didn’t make the switch sooner. In preschool, my daughter gets 2 specials each day including culinary, bowling, Spanish, art, yoga, and more. This was what drew me to the school initially. I love that she has different activities and isn’t just in the same classroom all day. The school is clean and when you walk in you’re greeted by the same smiling faces each day and they know my kids by name. They have a secure fingerprint enabled lock at the entry and each person is asked to use it and not hold the door open for others. I feel my kids are safe knowing that not anyone can access the building. There seems to be far less turnover in teachers here compared to other daycare centers we have been to. Tuition is a little more than some of the neighboring schools but you get so much more. The teachers seem happy. For the holidays the school puts on a trick or treat event and a breakfast with Santa. During these occasions the school is decorated beautifully and the classrooms have different themes and stations. The teachers and admin dress up. It is clear they put very much effort into these events to make it special for the kids.My oldest daughter has attended their summer program and she has enjoyed the themes and weekly field trips. My mom who is a pre-k teacher herself in a different state came with us to pick up and drop off and she was blown away by the center. We were on waitlists for preschool and infant room and each time we got a spot sooner than we initially thought and we were so thankful for that. Highly recommend!

BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!!! If your child has strong emotions and struggles controlling them, please steer clear. My child began at Crème in May of 2022. Prior to this he went to an unstructured daycare for about 3 months. The transition was tough going from unstructured to very structured. His teacher Maggie was great! She cared VERY MUCH about my child’s success and stated that he needs one on one attention. She wanted a meeting to go over him being behind and such. This was very helpful and after the meeting he made great improvements. I own that my child can be stubborn and hardheaded, but he's only 5. When he had to transition to another class Alison was awesome with allowing a slow transition and it was going well. Then we noticed things about his new teacher Mrs. Chris. She never smiled, she wasn’t friendly, and it felt like she didn’t like our child. We were doing everything to work with the school. He was in speech therapy and occupational therapy. He was actually seen at the school which I thought was so the teachers could provide support for those children within the class. Not the case. I was told that they can’t accommodate his needs. His teacher did not have 1 positive thing to say about him. The word I heard from them was “frustrated”. My kid had 3 behavioral reports for this year that were all situational. He was never malicious. We then decided we need to take him out and away from all this negativity. When the school we were looking into spoke with crème they bad mouthed him and stated that he has a cognitive delay!!! I was absolutely flabbergasted!! When he was evaluated by a psychologist and a different speech and occupational therapist he didn’t qualify for services, so something isn’t adding up. The teacher Chris also rated him so poorly on the survey, stating things like he couldn’t count to 5 and can’t interact with other children, that it flagged “proceed with caution”. The final straw was when my husband dropped him off and as soon as my son walks outside, she comes to him, no hi or good morning, but “You better not hit anyone or you’re going to be in big trouble” then when he isn’t paying attention, she proceeds to poke him in the shoulder. Wow, it was extremely shocking and unsettling, and all the director Alison had to say was sorry?! Crème is a great school for kids that have been in structured daycares since birth. And that haven’t experienced trauma. When he was about to start daycare in August of 2021, I got very sick from mastitis which led to complications. I was in hospital for 3 months and came home with amputations. He was only 3, but I think that’s why we have some emotional delay. All in all, I would never recommend this school. If them as a HIGHLY esteemed school thinks it’s okay for “one of their best teachers” to treat a child like the way mine has been treated, then they have failed.

Went from 5 star to 2 star because they seem like they are getting too greedy. $1500 a month for kindergarten plus almost $300 in registration fees. We love the school and the teachers, but this coming out of nowhere is ridiculous.

I have nothing but nice things to say about this facility. The staff is friendly, helpful, accommodating and they truly care about my child. I have never had a worry or concern. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Crème de la Crème has been the best choice for our daughter. She absolutely loves going to school each day. The teachers are kind, attentive & knowledgeable. The staff is wonderful, also. The curriculum is developmentally appropriate, fun & well thought out. Crème will be in our lives until our little one goes to Kindergarten!

Stay far far away ! The quality of the teachers has decreased over the last 3 years. When my daughter first started here she loved her teachers and the teachers and I worked through an issue of my daughter throwing food on the floor.. my daughter seemed to love it. Then both teachers left within the same week which should have been a sign , but I remained optimistic. They brought in a new teacher within two weeks which again should have been a red flag due to the shortage across the country. I have never heard so many negative things about a 22 month old, she doesn't play with others well ( um she is 22 months old), she puts things in her mouth ( um she is 22 months old and doesn't use a pacifier) , she takes toys ( um again she is 22 months old) . They even told my mother negative things when she came to pick up her grandchild. At first I was trying to figure out why all of a sudden I was getting these negative reports , but quickly realized this new teacher had no experience dealing with kids outside of the one child she had . If she did she would know each child is different and you can't fit every child in a mold that you have created. I literally started to dread going to pick up my daughter because of the negative reports each day .. another child bit her and it was made to seem like that wasn't a big deal but when my child scratched another child taking away a toy she was made to sound like an animal . I refuse to let my little black girl be labeled or treated this way at 22 months so we were lucky to find a spot elsewhere and took her out . Please beware of this place especially with little black children .

Wish I would have read and believed the Google reviews as I totally now see what people were saying. I will take full responsibility for the fact that my four year old has strong emotions and is figuring out how to exist in the world around him. Trial and error. Cause and effect. Learning how to behave. Learning how to deal with feelings and social situations. If behavior is not taught and simply "redirected", then they are failing children. Sure, my kid can now count to ten in Spanish. But when asked directly what their social emotional education looks like (which should be the foundation of any preschool curriculum) and they stumble and say, "oh well we take turns"....huge red flag that if your child doesn't fit their mold they will seek to get them out. When my four year olds behaviors amped up, we immediately went above and beyond at home- consulted with pediatrician, got a behavior evaluation---to which both said they weren't concerned and his behaviors were typical of a four year old but they also had questions as to whether or not the classroom management was strong. We asked for meetings early on. We asked for the education specialist to go observe- to which we were told she would but never followed through. We came to the table wanting to partner to ensure our sons success- which then essentially, would make it easier for the teachers. Trust me, I wouldn't want my child getting pushed or hit either. But when they aren't enforcing consequences or teaching behavior, just "switching a toy", then of course the behaviors are going to continue. I can't expect you to go get a gold medal in gymnastics without teaching you how to be a gymnast. Not to mention, when my son got "suspended" for pushing and hitting (again, taking full responsibility here), the director, Alison, called us to let us know that the "teachers need a break from him." Trust me, I work in education- I have been in many meetings with educators who have felt that way. Trust me, I have felt that way about my own kids. But never, ever, ever would I ever say that to a parent. Not to mention, a parent who pays big bucks to take their kids there. Please do not be fooled by this location. They want to appear as though they truly are the cream of the crop, however, it's not. Find a facility where the teachers and employees truly love and nurture your kids- and set them up to be successful by TEACHING them how to be successful- not by having their VP of Operations in KANSAS create a behavior plan (without ever laying eyes on your child) that essentially is an exit plan. Do better, Alison. You are all in for a rude awakening when we start seeing behaviors amp up after the pandemic. You can't just disenroll everyone who doesn't fit your cream of the crop mold.

Terrible experiences here, super messy administration. We must have been unlucky we had issues before and after conversion to CDLC. Couldn't find kids at end of the day for pickup, told us to 'look here or there'. Awesome facility, but we found much more caring staff at a smaller school and they can tell us where out kids are without issue. Glad to have kicked CDLC to the curb.

Unfortunately for me, I experienced the same as others have already said. Poor management/administrative side. It took lots of work to find a replacement, but now I am happy and the kids are being watched by an attentive staff in a secure environment.

10/10 wouldn’t recommend. Horrible management, horrible communication. Loved this daycare when it was Children’s Learning Adventure.. since Creme bought them out things have went downhill.
