“The 2 employees working 12/13/2023 blew my mind! First of all they were both engaging and welcoming. I was in the area working and grabbed the pizza deal (goat deal) from Speedway, only to find out after the gentleman rang me up that I didn't have my wallet or card with me. Living 40 minutes away, I apologized profusely, and they suggested maybe using my points. However I didn't have enough, but for my big freeze. I apologized again and began walking out when the one said hold on come back sir. I went back as he told me his co-worker was paying for my lunch. I was speechless. However, did manage to thank them both several times. I never would have expected this to happen and shows there are some people out there that look out for each other without even knowing a thing about them, but the fact we're all human and sometimes need a little help. Thanks again guys!!!”

“Four stars because their credit card machine was down or something one day and they would not hold my purchases for me. I really did not need what I was buying anyways (junk food, those chips and nachos things) but they could have done me a favor, especially since it was their fault. Anyways, one day a nice lady was standing in line behind me there and she bought my fountain drink for me! Very nice of her!”

“I really love to visit my pharmacy, they treat you with respect. They always ask you questions if you have knowledge of the medicine that you are receiving. If not they can help. The pharmacist are great there, they treat you like a person and take the time to know your name every time you come to I think that's pretty awesome.”

“I could not believe how CLEAN this store was! This was my first time in any UDF and when I walked in, the brightly lit and incredibly clean store told me I was in the right place. The staff was very welcoming and helped me out with downloading the app so I could get the Wednesday deal and points. I had a shake (Buckeye) and the woman (I wish I remembered her name, but she seemed like the manager) helped me with my first order. The shake was great but the customer service experience was great! I'll be back.”

“Having just moved into the West Chester area, I have needed to transfer all my prescriptions from a previous pharmacy, and that is rarely an easy undertaking. While dealing with a prescription that was troublesome, a very nice young lady in the pharmacy went above and beyond to ensure that I would have my much needed prescription as soon as possible. It took several phone calls, and probably a good bit of patience, but she got it done, and all the while being courteous and bearing a smile on her face. I wish I knew her name, and could tell it here, because she definitely made my dealing with a new pharmacy a very pleasant experience.”

“Gentleman working at the register on a Sunday at about 4 pm. Saw my daughter was injured and using a crutch and was so beyond nice to her, and he didn't have to be. That store is blessed to have such a kind gentleman working for them.”
