I called this branch over 10 times in 30 minutes not a single person would pick up the call. I’ve had a check that was supposed to have the hold removed from my BUSINESS ACCOUNT once the funds were shown cleared from the account that wrote the check. 5 days later still nothing and will not pick up the phone. How can I run a Business and pay bills when chase holds my money for 2-3 weeks. EXTREMELY NEGLIGENT and uncaring about my whole situation. Very close to closing all of my accounts with chase and moving to a different bank.

ATM was down 1 day. I went the next day to deposit cash, and it took my cash, then said error and gave me a number to call. Your ATM is obviously having issues. FIX IT

Never going back again for currency exchange. I felt rushed and they made a mistake which I overlooked because of it. They covered it up by giving me some general explanations about additional fees which apparently amounted to about $400. I had to reach out to them myself and ask to speak to the branch manager because she didn't get a notice to call me back or didn't feel the need to follow up on it. I am learning from my own mistake and I am done with this branch.

I used the Chase app to schedule a meeting at a specific time with a banker. After waiting 15 minutes for the banker, I left. Sorry but this is a banker not a doctor. When I make an appointment for a specific time, the business should keep to that schedule. If the original banker was unavailable then arrangements should have been made for another banker to meet with me. I was seeking guidance on what to do with a CD that is maturing. I guess the lack of service answered my question. I’ll invest the funds in another financial institution that provides better customer service.

Disappointed by Service
I recently had an experience at this Chase Bank branch that left me quite disappointed. My family and I made a special effort to arrive well before closing, specifically 2 hours prior, to ensure we could complete our necessary banking tasks without any rush. Unfortunately, despite our punctuality, we were turned away and informed that they could not accommodate us.
This was not only surprising but also highly inconvenient, as we had planned our schedule around this visit. Understanding that banks may have certain end-of-day processes, we nevertheless expected that arriving with ample time before closing would be sufficient to receive service.
I hope this feedback can be taken constructively to improve customer service in the future, especially for those who try to manage their time responsibly around the bank's operating hours.

You can count on this ATM to be down 100% of the time. Shoddy quality.

The tellers are great and the service has been fantastic but the fact that the ATM never works and is always out of order is unacceptable. I can’t always make it to the bank during business hours, this is a huge inconvenience.
