I am not the person who usually leaves a bad reviews, but the service here went so far!!!Abdelrahim, the guy responsible for the meat is aggressive and doesn't know anything about customer service. For the third time in three different occasions he was so rude with me, I went there to purchase the whole lamb which should be a simple process, he kept yelling with no reason and saying: listen I don't have time for you and I hate talking to people!!! now I understand why people would rather buy from Halal market, I am not spending this much of money to be treated like this, I will not give this store another chance.I would give it a negative star if I could.

This place is awesome. We go here to get Moroccan food for my fiance. They also have other stuff besides groceries. Highly recommend

It is going downhill. It used to be a good place to get halal meet. You can see that from the 2-3 year old reviews. Recently the meat section and butcher are getting much worse. Very rude with customers, don’t even respect or try to understand the order. Always behind and yells at customers. Also very overpriced and average quality.They used to be a good place to shop. Unfortunately they are making shopping for Halal meet more challenging because of the attitude.

Everything was good the guy at the butcher was so rude. Sorry to specify ‘Moroccan’I would suggest if you give him training how to deal with customers.

My experience was good Always the nicest and most helpful staff especially Hajj I can get whatever I need so easily.The prices are very reasonable. Best store for specialty items! Halal meats, chicken, and sweets are amazing

The prices are just right and I visit this store twice a year and I get my annual supplies to take back to KY. The staff are wonderful and super friendly and generous. Thank you guys for the wonderful products.

What an amazing experience i had at this store today. The customer service was great, the people working were more than helpful. My favorite store in all of west Chester by fare. KIKI MUCH LOVE!
