We switched from another cleaner simply because I couldn't get a return email and I am THRILLED with the results. I called Bob Burlew based on a recommendation from a friend. They were so thorough, our last cleaners were in and out in an hour. Jason (I believe was his name) was very meticulous and extremely professional. We had Burlews scheduled for several weeks to come and clean apartments and common areas in a senior living community that has residents in assisted living as well as memory care. They arrived and per policy we do a rapid Covid test to anyone who comes into our building to keep our residents safe. Burlew's refused to take the test. Jason, the owner, wanted to argue with me about it. Who would ever consider it to be acceptable to not follow protocol to keep our residents safe? That's disheartening and unacceptable.

The employees really care if you are satisfied. It might be expensive but it is worth every penny. They do a. Excellent job on getting stains out.

Incredible customer service! These guys are priced right and do a thorough job. I highly recommend!!! This was a grout stream clean service. Have also used them at my office for all sorts of cleanings.

I had a piece of carpet in my fifth wheel that the dog had chewed the edge off of. I picked up a remnant and cut it to size and dropped it off to have the edges serged What a great and professional job they did with it. I would highly recommend them for any type of service that they offer.

I have used Burlew for 30+ years for white carpet and white upholstery. They remove ALL stains, including significant red wine stains. Jason is a perfectionist in removing stains and providing outstanding customer service. Don't waste your time and dollars with anyone else.
