From reception to accounting to the visit by the technician, the entire process was professional and pleasant. The thoroughness of the technician in doing an additional cut-over check with the generator because storms were approaching that same evening gives you an idea of the pride, care and attention to detail BPS takes with their customers.

BPS has been servicing our backup generator, for years. When they say they will be there, they are , and service is provided in a timely manner. Their technicians are very thorough, and answered all my questions, in terms I could understand. I would recommend their services, to anyone in need.
