First time at this dispensary and will be my last. Definitely a place that wants to rush you put the door and on to the next as fast as possible. Picked up a edible, only to find out when I got home and open. Only to see the product melted and fused together. Extremely disappointed.

I absolutely love this store. It's 3 minutes from my home always so clean, smells so great, and everyone is so friendly there. Zack was very helpful today and super nice. I showed him what I wanted and he made sure I got the right product. What I thought I was gonna get was a vape but he told me I had to have a cartridge with it. He showed me some that where disposable and that's what I went with. Will be back soon!!!!

Tyrah has been a ray of sunshine, she's so sweet, knowledgeable, and looks like she enjoys her job tremendously. Always have had a positive vibe whenever I visit Bloom. Plus, it's not far from home!

I placed a medical order online. When I arrived, I had a question about the gummies I was purchasing. Ethan was very helpful and was able to get me what I wanted, even though I did not see it online. I have never had a bad experience here. Everyone is happy to help.

Went in for the third time here. Met Justin and he'd told me of a return policy i haven't seen anywhere else. Good info to have. Great guy, very knowledgable. Great attitude. Good guy all around. Coming back without a doubt
Been back since even more great staff. Alex and Bre were awesome and very accommodating as always. Still gonna keep coming back.

They lost my pre-order, gave me the wrong stuff. Told me the original stuff is not in stock. The bag they gave me was ALREADY opened but since I left the store, and then noticed, and came back in, they couldn't do anything about it. Really upset. Not coming back.

Budtender Alex sold me a product that was not sealed.
I returned to the store and I was told I could not be refunded, nor could the product be replaced, because I had already walked out of the store before opening the stapled small white paper bag with the product in it, thus making it impossible to prove that I did not rip the seal myself. So I was gaslit and on top of that, they still got my money.
I've been here 3 times prior with no issues, and have even recommended this dispensary to many of my friends, but the fact that I was sold an unsealed product and that the management essentially blamed me for the issue, is more than enough reason to never ever come back.
This is the first (in the last 365 days) and hopefully only time I'll ever deal with this issue from any dispensary.

Can never go wrong with anything from Klutch. Charli was great and picked out a fat jar of Lemon Slushee, definitely more than the 2.83 in there! Bloom is by far my favorite Ohio dispensary out of the ones I’ve been to.

Love this place. It was my first time and Tyrah and Donovan were excellent. Those two were very patient and helpful with all my questions. Smooth and pleasant process all around. I will definitely recommend and I will be visiting again.
