I've been to this location twice on account of price. However, when I arrived for my most recent appointment at 10AM, the business was locked. I was more punctual than any of the employees! Alas, the first to arrive was only a receptionist (who, interestingly, did not apologize) so my wait continued.By the time a mechanic showed up capable of actually working on my car it was 10:19 and I opted to leave for obvious reasons.

I am ABSOLUTELY SATISFIED with Bishop Auto Care. I recommend if you have any car problems to go to this company, here’s why typically I don’t ever leave reviews but the fact Bishop Auto Care really took the time and went way beyond and above ABSOLUTELY I’ll leave a review! :) They don’t just look at you as money for their company, THEY ACTUALLY CARE, TAKE EVERYTHING INTO CONSIDERATION OF WHAT NEEDS DONE FOR YOUR CAR TO MAKE SURE WHEN YOU LEAVE YOU ARE SAFE BEHIND THE WHEEL. It is so hard to find a company these days who just don’t scam you for money, but value you as their customer and appreciate you coming to them, and do the job RIGHT! not only was Bishop amazing with everything but you guys got my car right in and out! Thank You.It’s so hard to find a company right now who’s not booked out where you have to wait weeks ahead to have your car looked at to fix the problem.Come to Bishop Auto care they will get you right in & do the job. You won’t regret it! Thank You guys so much for everything! I will forever be coming to this company at the West Chester location! :)

I had to reschedule my appt due to my work schedule and Andrew was able to get me in the next day. I really appreciated that. I was in and out within 30 min and he diagnosed the issue. Very polite and thorough with the details of the issue as well as explaining everything that was needed to be understood. Very appreciative. Definitely recommend this shop. Will be back if I have other issues in the future!Service: Battery

Turbo actuator was giving a random light on the dash. They worked with my warranty company and was able to get me situated quickly and promptly. Will return to them in the future.

I went to Andrew for a second opinion asked the quote went from $1200 to $350. He also worked on my fiancées car and did a much better job than the chain we previously took it to. He’s fair, he’s excellent and he’s quick. I would recommend to everyone! Better than any other mechanic I’ve been to!

Took my car to tire discounters, they recommended I replace brakes, rotors, and batteries, I questioned that so I called Bishop. They got me in to do an inspection within 3 days, I showed up late and they still performed the inspection immediately! After looking at it they showed me the brakes and tested everything. Said the brakes won't need replaced anytime soon, same for battery and rotor! Tire discounters tried to pull one over on me but Bishop gave me honest and trustworthy feedback for free! Will definitely be back when I need work done!

I highly recommend !! So nice, friendly and helpful. I called to ask about a recall and he gave me a ton of information on how to go about it and then I asked about possible transmission leak in my ford escape and he had me come after they were closed, and took his time out to check it out for me.
