The issue with the car was corrected once the cause was determined. Despite having an appointment, the analysis of the issue took several days. Service staff was friendly and answered our questions.

I had taken my 2013 Subaru Forester to the dealer for an oil change. During the inspection the dealer recommended many fixes. Front brakes, a rear wheel bearing and a very costly replacement of both head gaskets on the engine and a much of the exhaust system. The dealer cost was very high. I had used Bishop's previously and checked to see what it would be to get the work done there. The cost was much more reasonable so I asked Andrew to to schedule the work. I held off on just the exhaust as on Bishop's inspection they indicated it could wait a while. I knew the would take a bit to do with the head gaskets requiring the engine be pulled and a wheel removed to work on the hub assembly for the bearings I am very happy with the work provided and will continue to use Bishop's for my car, my wife's car and my daughter's car. I feel luck y to have found a shop I can trust and afford.A day or two after my service my muffler started rattling against the heat shield. This had nothing to do withe service I had done, but when I took it back to get checked out, Andrew and his team solved the issue with some clamps. They did is gratis. Just another reason to go to a place you can trust. Kudos to the shop!
