For the last four months this company has had nothing but problems filling prescription everytime I go to fill a prescription I can never refill my dupixiant they always say they'll call me to schedule my refill but that hasn't happened yet

Super unhappy about my interactions with Bio Med. Was given a topical cream that was gritty like exfoliate cleaner. The prescription is a numbing cream. My doctor recommended I call to verify quality of this product to confirm correct consistency. After a long hold and a unproductive conversation with a rude customer service representative. I was informed This product has pills crushed up in it that obviously will not and cannot be absorbed through my skin if they are still in a hard form. I tried to explain this and the representative said it's been more then 30 days it was made on 10-31-23 printed on label then shipped to me which took a week or so and I tried it made a follow-up visit with my physician and now it's 12-11-23 so barely 30 days if a product doesn't last 30 days I feel that in itself should be questioned and if the pills they crushed up are like little chunks? I'm not a chemist but common sense says a chunk that doesn't dissolve and flakes off my skin definitely isn't effective. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY!

It’s amazing they made me the most amazing cream it feels like coco butter to the skin and it helps with the pain I need gallons of this lol I love it seriously I put it on pin point places and it really does help for a few hours each time 3 to 4 hrs it helps me get through the day

I would give zero stars if I could. Charged 3 times for one jar of medication. No refund. Management is terrible. Customer service is non existent unless it is beneficial to them. I worked with 2 different women. One was okay but the other I believe her name started with a B was horrible. She was the supervisor I think. I was in terrible pain and she did not care. The jars come broken everytime and trying to get it fixed is a nightmare. They will not reship even when it their error. Not a happy customer

FIND ANOTHER COMPOUNDING PHARMACY! This one has overcharged for several years which I was just made aware of. When confronted, they will deceive you and then charge your account for partial shipments and AGAIN lie committing fraud not shipping the remainder for another week based on their incompetence and deceit. And their credit card machine is conveniently set up to not accept HSA/FSA payments so customers have to file for reimbursement from their FSA which is a huge inconvenience and time waster. Then on top of everything else, they are disgustingly disrespectful and unprofessional when you politely question their tactics. They deserve zero stars. Use another facility and avoid BioMed at ALL costs.

They went above and beyond to work out a compound pain cream that would work with my insurance and work for me. Every staff member was professional, kind and caring. I was in management back in the day when customer service was a given. They gave me just that now, which is not so common any more. I was so impressed with every transaction and conversation I enquired. I would highly recommend them for any pharmacy need, especially cream or lotion compounds that you just can't get anywhere. They ship. Thank you, Ohio Biomed!

They deliver your medication in a timely manner which is very important. Also the people that you speak to on the phone are very polite and professional.

Polite courteous fast shipping. Will notify immediately if problem works diligently to resolve any issues. Contact Dr. quickly with results for orders. Have use BioMed for over 8 yes now. Great experience every time.

I have been using Biomed cream for nerve damage in my legs and feet resulting from herniated discs and spinal surgeries since 2015. Because of this cream, I can stand, walk, sit and sleep- all of which was excruciating and beyond difficult, if not impossible, without it. My case manager was the kindest, most efficient, and knowledgeable person I have ever worked with and although Candace is no longer there, the customer service reps and supervisors and even the shipping department supervisor are as wonderful as she was! I will turn 45 this year, not too old!, and my quality of life would be terrible without having Biomed cream available to me. I highly recommend it, especially for conditions that have no cure or result from medical/surgical interventions.

This pharmacy goes above and beyond! They are very knowledgeable and friendly. My script had no refills left. They were in contact with my Dr. and with me. I live nearby, so I was able to pick it up as soon as it was ready. They also ship when needed.

Have had a great experience with both deliveries so far from biomed… they were diligent in reaching me for refills ordered by my doc, very nice customer service team, Filled and delivery quickly and provided detailed info on how to use (and what to avoid while using).

My first shipment from Biomed came reasonably fast and the medicine showed some promise, while not completely alleviating symptoms. I decided to order a refill. It was delivered at reasonable speed on Sunday, October 17, 2021. Unfortunately, the tube was delivered cracked open and spilling into the bag. They send these in envelopes that could easily be crushed with careless handling and delivery. While I understand that mistakes and things like this happen, the response from Biomed has been frustrating at best. I contacted them on the morning of Monday, October 18, 2021 to explain the problem. I was told to put the opened package on the front porch the following day and FedEx would pick it up. They would not send a replacement until they received return tracking information from FedEx indicating the damaged product had been retrieved. The package stayed on my front porch Tuesday and half of Wednesday before I decided to contact Biomed. I was told that FedEx in my area was backed up but it should get picked up by end of day Thursday. Oddly, I work at a business where FedEx continues to pick up items without delay in my area so I find this explanation interesting. It is now Friday, October 22, 2021 and the package still sits on my porch. I contacted Biomed today and the new explanation is the return was cancelled by FedEx because three attempts were made to pick up and no package was in front of my door. The package has not left my front door. It is in plain view from the road, which is only 30 feet away. FedEx has delivered and picked up packages for my neighbors on multiple occasions during this week and not once even glanced at my house. I have a Ring camera to show evidence of this on several days. I am told that they still can't send me anything and they promise it will be picked up tomorrow and then a shipment of the replacement will go out on Monday, October 25, 2021 at the earliest. Meanwhile, I have been without my medication for a painful nerve disorder for a week now. I believe I will speak to my neurologist about a new compounding pharmacy or a different treatment option altogether. Biomed should have sent out another tube of medicine regardless and then billed me if there were any problems rather than making me wait.

Biomed has always been great at getting my medicine to me on time. I suffer from chronic pain and the lotion I get from them helps me alot. I highly recommend them
