I have had a patient hospitalized for a month, we are Brazilians and only she is there in Ohio. I need an email to send the medical history, as the patient is a schizophrenic in crisis. I really need to speak to a doctor in writing, as my English is not good. Need help!

I attended the IOP program and it was a really great experience. The staff and therapists were all very supportive. I learned some amazing skills that have greatly improved my life. I also highly recommend Nurse Practitioner Christa Bryant.
