Horrible customer service. I’d rather pay shipping than returning to this store again, it was my first time and I had a coupon that had to be redeemed I’ve been treated very poor and was asked at least 8 times to prove I have it in my email, which date I received it and if that email was belonging to me. Was told that neither that I had an account associated it, felt like my identity was treated very unfair, would never come to this location again. The customer service lady at some point was rude, demanding and very bossy. Happy holidays and hope you hire people that are kind and happy to assist others.

All the sales personnel working at this location are one of the best customer representatives. They are all so patient, kind, and are truly are great example of how to keep your customers happy. Very happy with their service.

The store is very nice and organized. The staff is also very friendly. As all Bath and Body Works are, the prices seem expensive.

Today my husband and two children went in for me to purchase some things, apparently he couldn’t get assistance because of his appearance. Two other caucasian women came in after him and they ran to help those women. Won’t be back. Why work that job if you refuse to help people no matter what they look like?

I cant help but feel some type of way. I went to pick up my online order but haven't received confirmation yet. I was just in the area and thought I stop in.. It was a caucasian lady in front of me who came to pick up her order. The associate asked if she received a confirmation. I guess she didn't have it or wasn't sure if her order was ready.... Anyway the associate just asked for her last name. Didnt ask for no form of ID or anything the lady walked out with her order. She asked me the same question I told her I didn't have my confirmation and was told something different. I was told that my order wasn't ready. She didn't even check or look up my last name like she did the other person. Just assumed it wasn't ready and sent me on my way. I can't help to think I was discriminated against. The feeling is not welcoming at all and will not be shopping there again. Saturday April 29th 2023 around 130- 2pm. Thick Blonde haired lady behind register.

Found a new candel that is truly " me"! It's "Spring time in Paris". Most delightful scent! It's has a sweet floral with delicate"clean" undertones!! This may be my all time favorite!. They seriously need to make this Heavenly aroma into hand sanitizer, car vents, bath products, aromatic spray and definitely wall flowers!!!!!! Will go back to soon to stock up!!!! Please don't get rid of this one!! Its pure perfection!!!!!!Terry Grech

I normally always have a good experience in any Bath & Body Works. My experience yesterday at this location was very poor though. Normally when I walk in, there is always someone up front welcoming all customers into the store and assisting you with getting a bag for your products and help if needed. Then throughout the whole shopping experience, I usually encounter at least one or two more employees asking me if I need assistance. There was none of this, but tons of employees standing around. When I went to check out, there was about 5 people in line with one cashier. I went to check the White Barn counter and there was not a cashier there at all. I went back to the B&BW counter, and the line had grown. Once I had gotten in line, there were 6 people in front of me, and the line was growing behind me. There was still only one cashier. The line got to be over 12 people long, and no one came up to assist this poor cashier, who then even had to go out on the floor and check the price for a customer, while there was a line of over 12 people. There were three to four employees in the front just hanging around and talking. Two people had left the line in front of me, and numerous others left behind me. When I was finally up to check out (15 minutes later), it was because an employee came back from break and hopped on the register. I felt bad for the one solo cashier who desperately needed help, and received none from the other employees. I understand places are short staffed, but there was no staff shortage in this store, just a lack of work ethic.
