Great location, impressive size. Seems small but once inside it is very grand and keeps going on and on. Huge selection.

First off, ALL my photos are from August 2023 when we went to the store at 300 Cincinnati Mills Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45240. It was our first visit ever too. We had an amazing time shopping 2 floors of the store and the selection was beyond anything we had anticipated. We actually liked the idea that it was connected to the abandoned mall that we saw featured in a YouTube video. We are beyond disappointed in this new location. It is below our expectations in comparison to our first visit. As much money as a widely known corporation of outdoor gear makes, more money could have went into making this location bigger and better. We will have to travel to Tennessee instead the next time we want to go to a Bass Pro Shop.

Since they moved the store had to drive an extra 15 minutes only to come to a parking situation that could only be compared to New York City they have enough handicap spaces to supply four hospitals so you have to park a mile away and then you get inside only for them to be out of every damn thing you come for I will not be back to this location ever they should have never moved it it's went downhill by a million percent now hard to get too hard to get in hard to get out of for no apparent reason.

I love this store. Big aisles. Employees always ready to help

Wow, really surprised how boring this new store is. The old Forest Fair location was like stepping into an enormous cabin in the woods. This new store lacks soul. Also be prepared to be harassed by employees trying to get you to sign up for a credit card. Four times they asked!! Enough already, not going back

I miss the old location and layout, it was far superior even though it was connected to a dead mall. The new building is nice outside but is a generic big box store (literally a box) inside and has no character. It's like they put zero effort into making the store an themed "outdoor adventure". It's the visual experience talking to employees who actually know the products... and use them that made bps a fun place to go. I would visit the Cincinnati Mall location just for something to do, the kids loved it. The new location is so generic, why bother. I'll just order online from someone else at this point. Sadly, it's really not worth the drive anymore. It's a real shame they didn't combine Cabela's and BPS locations into one really nice location. ??

Visited the new location today for the first time! Very disappointing! The store is so small and the selections are not anything like they use to be. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. My grandkids always loved to hang out at the enormous fish tank, they too were disappointed today also and asked why they made it so small. They also wanted to know what happened to the little cafe and the shooting arcade. My grandkids said it wasn’t fun to go to Bass Pro anymore. Unfortunately we won’t be visiting very much anymore.

What happened to bass pro? They used to have everything and everyone was super nice. I've gone to this new store a few times and I always hope that it'll be a better experience, but it never is. Their selection of camping stuff is a joke. Their fishing stuff is impossible to navigate through. Most of the workers seem more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. I tried to ask questions to a few different employees but none of them seem to know the layout of the store, because they were unable to tell me where the stuff was that I was looking for. Bass pro used to be great. Cabela's used to be great. But since they merged, it's done nothing but get worse and worse. I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experiences.

To me, not as good as old store. Doesn't have the selection that old store had. Women's apparel was really disappointing. Not worth the drive. Just not the same.

The new store is terrible. The old was so much better. I walk in here and it feels like a walmart that was decorated by a bunch of yuppies.

Every time I go to a Bass Pro they never have their bigger display items in stock. Went to the last location almost everyday to get the fish finder I wanted which was still on display and no luck never had it in. Today go to the new one thinking they should have everything in stock but yet again not only do they not have the trolling motor on display in stock according to the employee they quit making them SO WHY IS IT STILL ON DISPLAY ? I was also told they could not sell the display because of kids but it was a remote controlled one no foot pedal to get messed up. I go in there looking to spend well over $1500 but nope they never have anything available only displays that you can look at. I don't go to a store just to walk around. They sell boats and you don't have trolling motors available? Make it make sense. Never again I'll take all my fishing/boating needs else where.
