I am extremely disappointed with the grooming experience today. My wife specifically asked that they shave her body since she had several knots we couldn’t get out but to just trim her face and tail which had no knots. Does this take some experience to get looking right? Sure. That’s why we paid a decent amount of money to get it done. Instead they shaved her entire body including her tail down to a nub which was never done before and her entire face. Guess I should be happy she still has ears. We could have shaved her for free. My wife is too nice to ask for her money back but I guarantee you we will not return. Here are before and after photos

The staff here is wonderful. My dog is older and somewhat difficult to manage at the groomers. However, they took care of him with zero issues. Will definitely go back!!

I have been going to Missy for many years. She has taken care of two of my GoldenRetrievers. She’s simply the best! My girl gets anxious when left places, but she loves being with Missy. She always looks great, but most importantly to me, I know that Missy is taking good care of her. She is very accommodating and couldn’t be nicer. She and Malcolm are awesome!

Shop is dirty. Grooming on my yorkie was terrible. Completely uneven skirt and face and Gracie acted like she was terrified and couldn't wait to get out. I could have done it better myself, instead I paid $75 and will now fix it myself.?

I will echo the review of Kristin S., especially regarding their communication or jaw dropping lack there of, including their ever changing hours and "closing in 15 minutes" routine. Our Yorkie Poo was groomed on a Monday, and when I got the call he was ready and they were closing in 15 minutes, I raced to pick him up. When I dropped him off, I had double checked that he was a small dog because the price had gone up significantly, and was told he was, and the price would be $65.00 if paid in cash, but $70.00 if not. So I went to an ATM to get cash for when I picked him up. When I arrived for pick up, I was then told it would be $75.00 because it was determined he was a medium size dog. Of course I was not at all happy about that since I had confirmed the small dog price before leaving him. I only had $80.00 that I had just taken from the ATM, and he claimed that they had no cash to give change. Now, this is a place that encourages paying by cash, yet they cannot make change. Ridiculous. More about the price, because he had just had his nails trimmed at the vet, I had previously asked if there was a discount since that was included in the price, and was told there is no discount. So, not only did they not have to do as much work, and I was given no allowance for that, but then the price was $10.00 MORE! Double ridiculous and bad business. They owe me at least $5.00, but actually $15.00 for the bate and switch price. Beginning the next day, I made several attempts to call the owner and left several messages and sent a text for her to call me. It is now 4 days later, and still no call or text from her. So, in addition to this review, I will be opening up a case with the BBB.

We just happened to see the storefront and we are so happy we did, can’t say enough about how great they were with our maltipoo. She’s a high anxiety puppy but came home without any of her normal after grooming stress so needless to say we’ve definitely become regulars. Thank you both for being so gentle and doing a fabulous job grooming her!
