DO NOT GO HERE!!! These veterinarians have been scamming us for years. They keep telling us that our cats need to come in all the time for unnecessary procedures and prescriptions to medication‘s and one of the times I picked up my cat it was in the cage, conscious, terrified, wanting to get out and literally tried Bustin the cage open when we got home. one of my family members canceled two months prior and they still charged her for it putting it into collections and we have to have a lawyer to cancel it but decided to just pay the $600 as it’s not worth going to court and hiring a lawyer. Also, there are more and more videos leaking out on social media of all these veterinarians intimidating animals beware!!!

Horrible experience. I get there at 730 am, front desk never greeted me just looks at me. I had 2 dogs for drop off. My little dog runs off, front desk doesn’t offer help. I race after her, get back to the counter and put the first dog on the scale. Front desk still just stares at me says bother. Then finally, asks if I’m checking in. Really? Would I be showing up when the store is still closed, weighing my dog just for fun? She then tells me I’m not on the schedule. So first YOU make a scheduling error, not me, then your front desk, I’ve never met a ruder person in my life. I wouldn’t go back if my life depended on it. And your front desk needs to be fired!

Front desk, worst ever... The front desk girl was sadly born without a personality. She was rude, condescending, rolled her eyes, never greeted me, never offered assistance when my injured dog got away from me and limped off, while I had my other dog on a leash. (The small dog wasn't leashed because she was hurt, so I carried her). After I was able to get my dogs back under control, I put my little dog on the scale, told the girl her weight, was trying to get my other dog on the scale, and the front desk, only then asks me "are you here to see us?" Seriously? Would I show up before the store opened at 730am, weigh my dogs for the heck of it? Then, they didn't have me on the schedule, and told me it was my fault, that I was on the schedule next week. Now would I have waited a week for my injured dog to be seen? no. So then when I called, they said the front desk was that way towards me because I cussed at her? Well, no, I didn't drop the "F" bomb until I was walking out because I have never been treated so badly, and that was before I was told I made the appointment for the wrong day. So I called the Mason location, who even told me they get numerous complaints "daily" about West Chester. So now, it was all my fault, yet even your own employees at a different location tell me they get clients transferring weekly from West Chester to Mason because the employees are rude. Now I will say the Vet tech, with the black/green/blue? hair was the sweetest and best that I saw the week before. She should work out front because she has a great personality, the chic last Saturday...if you hate your job that much LEAVE!!!! You made my experience horrible, when I loved that location, but now won't go back, for fear of being treated like garbage, which you did treat me and my dogs like garbage! Dear Banfield Management...at least hire someone with a personality to greet people. And I am NOT a Karen, I never complain about anything, so for me to complain, it has to be really, really bad! Then I hear from Mason, that my chart was "flagged". I work customer service at my job, it is very easy to de-escalate angry clients, I swear to you, I am not a complainer.

The West Chester location is so helpful and they are very companionate. I can always count on them to answer the phones and get my pets in! The doctors are very kind and knowledgeable.

Seriously overpriced, not even that great of treatment or preventative care available. And if you are on their wellness plans, highly suggest getting rid of those. The wellness plans basically rap you into a contract without it being called a contract. If you move states and you don’t have a Banfield near you or a Petsmart near you, you still have to pay that monthly wellness plan. Otherwise they’re gonna hit you with a $5000 bill more than likely.Highly suggest instead of this location going to the Animal Care Center in Blue Ash, who is always readily available, they do their own boarding they do their own bathing they do their own vaccinations, and they sell their own preventative care at a very cheap discount. I have enjoyed the care and treatment that my dogs have received here, the staff is super knowledgeable. They’re super friendly as well, and there’s really good with dogs. I also like the fact that their lobby is massive so it’s easy to separate my dogs from all the other animals that walk in the door. This location is never readily available in the event of emergency, they’re always gonna send you to a different location that has nothing to do with Banfield, so your wellness plan. If it includes emergencies or your insurance plan includes emergencies, probably wouldn’t even cover it. .

If I went to school for at least 8 years. I think I would own my own business and not work in a pet store. If I was you, don't waste your time or money.

Never had an issue with the staff, they've always been nice and welcoming. That was until today. Today was my puppies spay, which I paid in the wellness package. Wellness packages states that everything is covered even all extra meds and such. I go to pick up my puppy and its hey you owe us $100. Okay? What for ? (While I'm already panicking bc $100 is all I have to last me to next paycheck and again was under the impression everything was already paid for). They said it's for the pain meds, her cone, and a shot they were giving her for nausea. They are money thirsty, package is not what it is said to be. I even called and said hey, don't worry about the pain meds I have some from her other vet. (Which was a vet I took her to when I first got her, before I knew wellness plans existed) it was cheaper for me to do it that way. They said well we need the other vets name, location, and what it is before we will release your own dog to you. I do not recommend. It is a scam.
