“I lived at West Chester Place for only a little over a year, but in the time I was there, it was easily the best rental experience I've ever had. The units are spacious, reasonably priced for the area, and you cannot ask for a better person to run the place. The property manager Bill is phenomenal, and will deal with any problems you have as soon as you let him know.I have lived in at least half a dozen apartments over the past decade, and West Chester Place is definitely top of that list. If you're looking for a place in West Chester, or just a place centrally located between Dayton and Cincinnati, live here!”
“We have been living at the villas of kingswood for 3 years now. It's a beautiful neighborhood to be apart of. The management is very responsive. If they can't get to the phone they call back same day. Maintenance man is amazing! We had our heat go out at 7pm and they had someone there in an hour to fix it. Very affordable as well. A quiet street with great backyards.”

“So far i'm having a wonderful experience living at Savoy. The atmosphere is inviting, and the staff are always friendly and attentive, making it feel like home. The community amenities are excellent, but I do wish the apt units didn’t have carpet and came with light fixtures in the bedrooms and living rooms. These small changes would make a big difference in comfort and convenience. Despite this, I've truly enjoyed my time here and appreciate the thoughtful details and warm ambiance. I highly recommend Savoy for anyone looking for a welcoming and quality living experience.”
