Had a manicure done Thursday and got beautiful cat eye gel nails. Last night it cracked down the middle on my pinky. I called today and they told me to come in anytime and they would fix it. Everyone I have ever worked with has been very friendly and helpful and they got me fixed up right away with no additional charge! Definitely recommend. Lou and Tommy worked with me and they were the best!Services: Acrylic nails

I have come to this location because I’ve always had a perfect pedicure…$109 but the last 2x it’s been just aweful, I was there last Saturday, not a busy day. I have cuts bruises and my polish on my right foot is destroyed.

I feel this nail salon was being sneaky and adding on extra charges. My daughter who is a minor and her friend went in for pedicures. My daughter told them they wanted the $35 pedicure. She asked how much it would cost and they said $70 for both. At the end they were charged $117. I called the salon and told them my card was overcharged. They said no ma’am, they asked for gel nail polish, which is an extra $20 each. Both my daughter and her friend said that is not true. They did not let them know it would be an extra $20. So if you choose to go to the salon, watch out for added charges you didn’t ask for.Service: Pedicure

I was very disappointed. My daughter wanted to try them for her birthday. I'd been there twice before with good results so I was excited to take her. 5 people received services for $300 plus tip. Not 1 person was happy with the experience. We all tried telling our nail tech (during the service) what was wrong only to be dismissed. My nails were to have rounded tops, they are crooked, French top is uneven, polish left on my skin, covered my hands in oil and as I sat there waiting for a massage or hot towel she just said, you're done. We won't be returning.

I was extremely disappointed with this location. Me and my friend got pedicures together. The woman doing my friend's pedicure was making very rude comments about her nails to another coworker during our visit. My friend is fluent in mandarin and cantonese and could understand everything being said about her directly in front of her. My polish was very uneven and began flaking off the next day and I somehow sustained a cut on the underside of my toe. Absolutely do not recommend going here.Service: Pedicure

I came in with my sister, neice, and my daughter for her birthday and we were all extremely dissatisfied. We asked to sit together and were completely separated… we made the appointment pretty last minute but was told on the phone we’d be sat together. I let that go because I do understand they have their own stations and it’s difficult. I was disappointed but just rolled with it anyways. On the other hand all of our nails were awful. The shape was chunky and uneven on mine, my daughter didn’t even get the almond shape she asked for she got square.. not even close. She was too nervous to say anything so she just went along with it. She got the dip powder and somehow hers are misshaped ? I don’t see how with dip powder but it is.. she also got a design that has now completely peeled off. My gel polish has chips all over, my sisters gel polish has peeled off.. my neice has lost two nails ?! It’s not even been a week. It was a complete waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you want a quality job. If it was just me I would have chalked it up to my tech but it was all 4 of us. Looks nice on the outside and great location but just walk by.. not worth anyone’s money.Services: Nail art

Within days I noticed a dark spot. I removed them and found fungus underneath. I'm not sure if their tools were dirty or if they used improper techniques. All I know is that prior to the appointment, and in the 10+ years I've been getting my nails done, my nails were not and have never been green. IA few times they have messed up my nails pretty bad but always fixed it so I tried to give more chances. I was being too nice. I suggest no one EVER go unless you want to lose your finger nails. I can deal with a lazy manicure but I cannot deal with spreading fungal infections or diseases or god knows what else.

I felt like the person who did my nails rushed the entire experience. Also, although I do not get manicures often, I found it odd that they don't offer manicures before doing dip sets. I have only had my nails done for a week, and they look ratchet as all get out. Would have at least appreciated the heads up about the dip gel set not including a manicure - you actually have to be an informed consumer and know to ask ahead of time. $55 (plus over a 20% tip) definitely wasn't work the experience. In hindsight, I shouldn't have been so generous.

I've been to this nail spa a few times. At first i thought they were the best in the area. The prices, however, got higher and higher each visit. I paid $65 + tip for getting a full set of acrylic nails. When I returned the second time just to get my nails filled in I was charged $65 again. Now ever nail spa I've gone to before always said that getting your nails filled in is cheaper then getting a new full set so try to get back in before all my nails come off. I was a surprised that here they were charging me the same for fill ins as a new set, but I let it go. Now the third time I go in to once again get my nails filled in they charged me $85! I thought for sure this was a mistake but when I asked them in person the following day, seeing how 1 nail had already come off, they told me that was no mistake. In fact when I was charged $65 the last time that was a mistake. When I asked why it was so much they said becauae my nails were long and a couple had broke off. So I asked, so it would be cheaper to get a whole new set then getting an old set filled in and they said yes. Of course they don't tell you that before hand. They did not refund any of my money or offer any discount for future services. I definitely feel like I was lied to and ripped off esp because when I called and asked the price to get your nails filled in , they said it starts at $35. That's a big difference compared to the $85 I was charged . I will never go back again to Anthony Vince Nail Spa!Services: Nail painting
