I just moved here from another state and saw the reviews for these vets. I'm so glad I decided to bring my fur baby here. All the veterinarians are such wonderful, kind, empathetic people. Their vet techs and front office staff are equally sweet and caring. They truly care about your pet but are also very understanding of life's challenges and struggles and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure your pet has the best possible care. I wouldn't go anywhere else but here. Thank you all for being a great support for me and my dog. I truly appreciate you all.

We adopted Henry a few days prior and he’s a hound full of energy. The staff was very understanding of his energy level and answered any and all questions we had (which was a lot lol). Bailey was incredibly kind and knowledgeable.

Kind, caring Vet and all employees we have encountered. Great communication, and we appreciate having boarding at their site. Prices are more affordable than our previous vet. We have been very pleased.

Animal Hospital of West Chester is the best. The care, empathy and compassion for both pets and human companions is top notch. I couldn’t recommend you all enough to those that are looking for new veterinary and grooming needs.

Got charged for unwanted services and attacked by employee who hit me and my car. Spent 9 months in court to resolve. Stay far away.

I am so glad I found this clinic! Fromthe very first phone call to the latest follow up phone call, I cannot recommend this clinic enough!!! The staff is friendly and so helpful and Dr. Kara was so nice and listened to my concerns of my pup. The technology makes it feel like a big place, but the people make it feel so welcoming. The clinic itself is not huge, but we’ll laid out, clean and of course let friendly! Even if you aren’t in the WC area…this place is worth a trip!

We have received great veterinarian care. Very competent, and approachable veterinarians. The staff have also taken very good care of us and are helpful over the phone as well. Our dog Jack (boxer/husky mix) LOVES the boarding. We've used the day boarding to give him some time to play with friends and work off the extra energy and the over night boarding. Jack gets very excited when we start to turn into the lot bc he gets lots of affection and some treats at the Animal Hospital of WC. His favorite is Jamie, the Kennel director - I think he would go home with her if she would let him. I am completely comfortable leaving Jack for boarding and trust he will be loved and well cared for. Nothing but good things to say, highly recommend.

Vet care was acceptable. Prices are higher than I'd like, but that seems to be on par with other places in the area. What really bothers me, and why I left this office, is this place will not provide approval of scripts to places like chewy over the phone. They require you go in and pick up a paper script. As a parent of a strong disabled child, this is completely inconvenient and would require roughly 30 minutes of fighting and being hit to get him in the care twice (to go there and head back after leaving the office) just to get a script when they could easily authorize it over the phone. I wish they'd be more considerate of their customers.
