First time into the retail outlet today - have dealt with Alro commercially but never as the Average Joe. Brandon and another gentleman helped me and gave a great summary of what they carry and their services. The whole shop floor was extremely well organized. I was able to find what I needed in the off-fall/drops bin and the pricing was super reasonable. I will definitely be back. I really appreciate a large company like Alro operating a storefront for retail customers and I hope they keep doing it!

This is a wonderful place for the hobbyist to purchase metal. A kind, knowledgeable staff. An exceptionally well organized store with in house cutting capabilities. They sell by the inch which allows you to purchase exactly what you need. I cannot say enough good things about this experience.

Very nice and clean shop. It was easy to find what I needed among the excellent selection of remnants. There is plenty of new stock there as well.The people there were very friendly and willing to help. Prices were very reasonable.Will certainly be back when I need more metals.

Very nice place, they sell drops, they can cut stuff down. They have a shear for sheet cutting up to 1/2” thick plate stock, there isn’t really anything they don’t have either in stock or can have their to the store the next day.Aluminum, Copper, Stainless steel, Carbon steel, Brass, they even have some plastics.People working there are great and helpful, I needed a Pc of Aluminum sheet in 1/16” thick and was going to buy a full sheet to get it and they said wait we may have a drop over here and sure enough they had a Pc that was 6” bigger both way than what I needed so that save me a bunch of money when they could have just sold me the whole full sheet. So very good people to deal with and the store is the cleanest metal whole seller I’ve ever seen. And I’ve been in the industry for close to 30 years now.A++++ place!!!!!
