So we had a scheduled delivery for three day lead time. They picked up the freight on 7/14. It took them three days to get from Angola, Indiana, to be delivered to Cincinnati. Arrives in Cincinnati on the 18th.Then on top of that is now taking them another five days to deliver when it is in Cincinnati. Because they need help figuring out the dimensions of their trucks to fit freight for delivery on the 19th.So then, when they were attempting to deliver on the 20th, they called at 3:45 PM, saying they could be there by 4:20. This is when they know our receiving time for our company is 8 AM to 4 PM Mon-Friday.So when they attempted delivery on the 20th, they didn't at that point try to reschedule because, by this time, they knew the dimension of the truck and freight. But guess what? They don't!So I get a call at 9 AM asking if I want to reschedule for delivery. I said sure, what is available today... "I'm sorry, all our trucks are out for delivery today and scheduled; I can get you scheduled for some time Monday."Ok, if you can't get it to me today, I would like the first delivery out of the yard by 8 AM... I'm sorry, I can't schedule that because your delivery isn't a priority delivery. I can only give you some time on Monday.On top of all of this, I am only 7 miles away from their yard...I personally would look towards other freight companies.

Worst experience. Pickup time 10pm everyday and these people waste time not loading trailers till 2am.. the trailer that is supposed to leave next day evening they prioritize that trailer above the load that is suppose to go today... pathetic logistical minds. And stupid service. What a shame....

They picked up my product and told me that I don’t have to pay right there and then I had to call them back a week later trying to find out why my goods was not delivered so obviously they have bad service, no one ever called me and I guess they were not planning on calling to tell me that I have to pay so they’ll deliver which I don’t mind I did not have a problem with paying now my product is late getting to the place it was supposed to go to because it’s sitting in one of their warehouses and then they gave me one quote and raise the price later I would not recommend using this freight carrier even if I have to pay a lot more somewhere else

THIS COMPANY ALLOWS DRIVERS TO HIT AND RUN AND TELLS THE VICTIM TO USE THEIR OWN INSURANCE. DEBBIE THE RISK MANAGEMENT PERSON WAS SO RUDE> I AM THE VICTIM MY CAR IS DESTROYED POSSIBLY TOTALED, NO COMPASSION OR EMPATHY JUST TOLD ME TO PROVE IT.

Beyond-frustrating experience with this company. They first contacted me around 2 weeks ago regarding a shipment of furniture to be delivered that day...which did not show up at all with no explanation. Then, a manager called 2 days ago and apologized that they had forgotten about the delivery and it would be delivered today. I received a text today that it would be at my residence within the hour, which did not happen, and then 2 hours later called the number and was told the driver was delayed. Then, to cap this off, a different person called me and said could I meet the driver at the Casino to pick up the furniture, which "should fit in your car and only weighs around 94 pounds." He said the streets were very narrow for the truck, which was "not a semi, bigger than a box truck," not clear what that means. My residence is in Mt. Adams which does involve hills, but every day trucks ranging from semis to UPS to garbage trucks manage the area. I offered to meet on a larger street nearby, but they held the line at the casino. Then, when I said I was in the middle of my workday and could not come to the casino, the dispatcher calmly said "so you want us to contact you reschedule?" And that was it. Not sure if this means reschedule the casino; no clarification at all. For a company that describes itself as a multi-billion dollar custom logistics expert, not a strong performance to put it mildly.

Michelle is useless, I called yesterday to let her know I applied and said they were celebrating veterans day. Then left my information, and no one got back to me today. Don't say that you as a company are doing your jobs properly and then complain about not having drivers when you can't call someone back. I took the initiative to call you yet you were useless.
