Alex at A+ is friendly, courteous, professional, and an honest hard working guy. I found this car lot by a quick google search & they popped up with Carfax. I love that their website had the Carfax report easily accessible for every vehicle including the VIN. I was able to get an insurance quote on the vehicle before purchasing which helped in my decision. When I arrived, Alex greeted me like an old friend. The lot was well kept, which is important after it snows! The office was clean and inviting with hot coffee, yum! This was the fastest car buying process I've ever experienced. Historically, I would go to the big box dealers. Not anymore - Alex is my guy. You should call him first and review their inventory before looking anywhere else! I got a fair price for my trade & a deal on my purchase. The car detail made it look BRAND NEW! Thanks Alex for your help. A+ Auto will be my first stop as long as you're around!
Update: I was told I was purchasing a "bumper to bumper" warranty. Water started getting into my car somehow. The warranty pamphlet said to call the dealer first to use the warranty for repairs. When I called, they wanted nothing to do with me and brushed me off. I called Ally directly and they told me that the issue I'm having wasn't covered. I mentioned to the Ally rep that I purchased a bumper to bumper warranty and he told me that the term "bumper to bumper" is predatory language salemen use and misleading.
