I've worked for two separate companies that used VerCom for their phone services over the past 5 years. Had very few problems but when we did they were quick to take care of the issues and had us back up in no time. I not only recommend VerCom, but they're also the only company I'll use for our phone and security services.

I work with Ross HX and we chose Vercom for our phone system and they have been great! Yesterday morning my phone was acting up after one email they were onsite by end of the day with the resolution! Not many companies have such quick response times!
