I was having an issue with a delivery of a package due to needing a signature. I went down here and Chris was extremely helpful and friendly. He had my package by end of day! I was extremely happy with my experience.

Very friendly and helpful employees that work in the returns area and the lady that answers the phone, not the customer service, you can't understand them and are not helpful.

I like the extended hours to 8pm now. The couple extra hours really make things convenient for people like me who work not to a specific time each day due to being in sales, Always quick and convenient dropping my package off

When I arrived to find and pick-up my package, the men in the Service Department were rearing and ready to go! Pick-up was a sintch and service was kind and professional! Highly recommend using UPS aka "Brownie" ??

I've been having the worst experience ever with your service,one of your drivers has attempted to deliver a package atmy address 3 days straight now but because in your system it says its a commercial address the driver won't drop off the package,ive called and contacted UPS and Amazon customer service but both ofthem keep giving me the run around,over something so simple as to get in touch with dispatch. They were supposed to deliver an Amazon package to my house, too ignorant to figure out my adress, too lazy to reach out so they slapped a new label on my package with my neighbors name and adress and delivered it there. I filed a claim on it and immediately received a call from ups support saying that since I ordered from Amazon I'd have to get in contact with them, then hung up before I could even respond. Extremely unprofessional.

They are the worst carriers with important things. All other carriers have superb service and deliver on time. The delivery person always states "attempt to deliver" but doesn't. We have a camera that proves, they never came, I was at home! This year, which is Christmas time, they kept giving misinformation, making me go to the "access point", it was never there, leaving me to hopefully pick it after Christmas. My feelings are so hurt especially when my husband's package arrived using a different carrier. We never have this problem with other carriers. In addition, they don't care about good customer service and there is no way to write a legitimate complaint. Second time this year!

My question is why is it ok to lie and state that "attempted to deliver" and still have a business? Every place I've worked I took pride in delivering great results. There is no integrity! I'm in shock at the reviews they have gotten yet still in business. Slowly and surely if they don't start reprimanding whomever is dropping the ball, the other carriers, with excellent service, will take over. The customers are pleading to be treated as customers. This is not right.

I worked as a seasonal driver for a little less than two weeks. First week was great, the best side gig ever, then second week came and the worked doubled. A couple times was okay, but I noticed I was getting taken advantage off. The agreement was 20 to 25 hours, not full time!! I witness a man saying he could work 4 hours day only. I set a boundary and told management the same and was meet with disrespect. Not sure if it was because of my sex, my veteran status or what!! Management was toxic!! I believe I pay union dues but never told how to file a grievance. I have noticed that there is no female working there, except for office staff!! I don’t know why I was such a target, but my DD214 says a lot, so does my transcripts from college. I am by far not a bad employee!! There are so many side hustles, stay far from this place!!

Driver stole my package drove off with my Kids Christmas present.I filed a claim but.by time it's resolved it.will be too late to order more gifts. He didn't even take a pic of the package for proof. They usually do that then steal the package. I know it was thr west Carrollton branch because the tracking shows that's where it was last. I am coming up there tomorrow to get to the bottom of it.

I wish I could give 0 stars. My package has been sitting in the warehouse for 10 days and they said they lost my package? But when I tried to file a claim, they denied my claim????? Shippers please stop using ups, choose FedEx instead. Never had any problems with them...

There was an attempt to deliver a package, but I wasn’t home. My package didn’t require a signature. When I went to go pick it up, I was told that they couldn’t find my package and it could take an hour or so to locate. I couldn’t see why they wouldn’t just leave the package at my door.

Terrible customer service. Just like previous reviews. They don't actually attempt to deliver the package and lie about it. I wish I could get 0 stars. This place is awful.

If I could give UPS no stars, I would. My birth certificate was being delivered by UPS. $20.00 for shipping, $52.00 in total. The UPS driver never stepped foot in my building to knock on my door. How the heck do you not knock on a customers door when you know that their signature is needed for drop-off? This happened 3 times and every time the delivery person left a note on my building door. After the 3rd time I called UPS to see if my package can be picked up and I was told my package was restricted and have to be sent back to the sender. I called the “sender” and was told it would be $16 to have it shipped back to me. So now I’m out of a birth certificate and out of $52.00. If you can’t bother to knock on a customer’s door to get a signature you should be removed from your position/fired!! I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and I encourage everyone else with complaints to do the same also!

If you’re waiting on a package for the day you need to wait on your porch dang near. These ppl are not going to deliver your package they will not even attempt. They will not leave a note to tell you where you can get your package then when you call CS they will give the “access point address “ just for you get there and they tell you something difference. The guy at the front laughed about it no empathy no remorse corporate really need to look into this locations drivers and operations!
