I was introduced to this company by a trustworthy friend. Since I have paid for 10 detailings totaling $400 and only used one so far. Although satisfied with my detailing his scheduling & customer service could be so much better. I also am not a fan of having to leave the car over night. I have now given my parents two detailings to use as a gift & Chris had neglected to respond to my Dad. My recent attempts have also been ignored & now it looks like the business has been closed?! Do I dispute the charge with my bank, do I attempt to sue him for loss of $300 of my hard earned money to pay him?!

Used to be a top notch service when he was a one man business but has gone downhill with current staff and his hands off approach. Takes months to get your car in to only have him cancel your appointment last minute. This has happened repeatedly. He always has an excuse. Quality of details have dropped significantly to the point where it looks like it was barely touched. Unfortunately he sold all of these packages to people to only walk away.

It's been almost 2 months dealing with this guy he seemed like a stand up guy but I'm guessing he isn't he will not answer calls or text and 2 weeks ago promised to return my 249 dollars he is not a real business

I want to take a second and give this company the recognition they deserve. Chris is by far the most detail oriented, friendly, caring guy out there in this business. I have taken all of my vehicles there (4) and have never had one single complaint. They were all perfect inside and out. The time and detail he himself and the few employees he has working for him is top notch. I would never take any of my vehicles anywhere else. I highly recommend ReNew Auto Detailing for any cleaning/detail needs. I have purchased multiple services from Chris and have been 100 percent satisfied every time.

Received a ceramic coat and detailing for an excellent price. Chris was very flexible on delivering my car back to me in a timely manner. Great responsiveness and excellent results. Highly recommend.

This is the second (but far from the last) time I've used Renew Auto for detailing my car and once again, I could not be happier with the service and the results. My car looks fantastic! And Chris, as always, is super customer oriented and friendly. I saw a few less than stellar reviews on there and asked Chris about them. He gave me some background and so I'm here to say that if they are giving you pause, forget them. This place gives top notch service with a smile.

My husband and I have used Chris for detailing many, many times and have never been less than highly satisfied. I picked up my suv yesterday and it was immaculate! My daughter dropped her car off last night and it was amazingly clean today. I recommend Chris for the best and most affordable detail around!

Terrible job. The inside wasn't cleaned well and I was told they would fix it but they were so busy and short handed. He never called to reschedule. Save your money and go to Soft Touch Car Wash in Centerville, same service for less than half the price.

If could leave zero stars would. Sold detailing packages to several friends. Was told would be a same day detailing. Then once they dropped their cars off was told it would be several days and was a week for one. I don’t know anyone that can go without their car for days at a time. And if this is supposed to be that good of a business then they should have the staff and equipment to stand by their promises. After one car was picked up after 2 days there was absolutely nothing done to it. No vacuuming, nothing was wiped down the car looked as tho it wasn’t even looked at. Then of course a refund was requested and there has been radio silence since. Also when another person requested a refund for the remaining of the package that was purchased because they were without their car for a full week also complete silence. This man is a scammer and has no clue how to run a business. Stay away at all costs.

I am not one to typically write bad reviews especially when it comes to small businesses but this is my exception. I bought a package from Chris with the intent of having a great experience. First off, there is 0 indication from him until after you pay that there is a months long wait to even get on his schedule. I finally got to my scheduled date and was told prior that it would be an 8:00am drop off and pick up at 4:00 pm same day. It was not until after I messaged to say I dropped off that car the promised couple hour process turned into him saying it would be a few DAYS! I was also told after drop off that it could be longer than that because the shampooing machine was broken. Im not sure in what world you need numerous days to properly detail a vehicle and if equipment is broken simply reschedule client. I am not in a position to be without my car for days so he said he would try to get it back within 2. I picked it up after 2 days and it was untouched. Literally not even touched with a wet rag. When we tried to reach out to resolve the matter....crickets. No refunds for bad service. This place is a scam.

I chose this company because I like to spend my $ locally and I had read several good reviews. My husband bought me a $200 gift card and I feel like I overpaid for a car wash. I drive an SUV and in the spring had hauled old carpet, mulch, plants, dirt, rocks, etc. My car was dirty! I went in June to see about using that gift card. The first appt. available was September. I booked it and then took it in. I should have inspected the car before I drove away. When I got home, we looked at the car and it looked clean, but when we opened the back…we were upset. Still dirty! My husband immediately contacted the owner and sent him pictures. He said he would take care of it as soon as he could get us in. Here it is the end of December and I guess he forgot about getting us in, even though my husband checked a few times about availability. This is not a business I will go to again. They obviously don’t clean cars well or take care of their customers.

LONG POST BUT NECESSARY READ:First off, I’d give zero stars if possible. Honestly, I hate writing reviews but this experience was one that I hope no one else has to go through. I purchased a package from Chris a year ago as a surprise for my parents. We split the package deal and I got my car detailed. The car came back looking brand new. So I rebooked another detail and even chose to purchase ANOTHER package, and everything went south from there. My car came back to me looking exactly the same and there was nothing done (see pics attached). I texted Chris about it and he seemed really apologetic and genuine. I like supporting small businesses and just chalked it up to a fluke. He said he’d make it right. So I waited for 2 weeks for him to reach back out and try to reschedule me. Never did. Then I reached out to him and was booked out for over a month even though I’ve already paid for a service and never got it. Time goes by. My parents had booked their truck to go in during this time frame. They were to get a detail and ceramic coating. Their truck came back with stuff splattered all over their interior, that which was not there prior to taking the truck in for service. Again, I reached out to Chris. I was furious about the situation and he apologized but still offered no real solution. We asked for our money back for the remainder of the first package that hadn’t been used yet, and the full price of the second package, at this point because it was obvious that our cars weren’t going to be taken care of. It took 2 weeks to even get a real response from Chris as to getting a refund, and he kept avoiding our calls. Finally, I speak with him and asked him for a refund. He made it clear that he doesn’t do refunds (even if someone hasn’t used up their entire package nor really had services rendered since he never did the detail in the first place). We came to an agreement that he’d give me at least half of the money back. I haven’t seen a penny and he kept giving me the excuse that he’s never given a refund and doesn’t know how it works. After complaining about this situation with others, I’ve learned that multiple people have experienced something similar with this business. So, if you value your hard earned money I wouldn’t recommend going here because you won’t be treated as a valuable customer.He begged me via text not to write a negative review because it would be bad for his business, by the way. But, that just tells me he knows that how he runs his business is wrong. After this experience, I don’t even want to take my car to another detailing place because I’ve lost my trust in people.

If negative stars were a thing, it needs to be for this business. Took around $1300 from my friend and her family. Did the absolute worst detailing I have ever seen. BOTH vehicles were left in worse condition than when dropped off. Promised to fix mistakes threw text and then wouldn’t respond and stopped responding to them. Then told them they would get a refund, and they still haven’t received anything. It’s been months since this happened. Avoid at all costs.

Bought this package deal from him cause it seemed like an amazing deal. Dropped off my wife's car for a detail. When we got the car back there were spots on the roof where the detailer obviously didn't clean cause you could tell where he had wiped his towel or wash MIT and missed spots. No tire shine. Wheel wells were dirty rims were dirty. Asked for a full refund and the owner told me they don't do refunds. Buyers beware !!!! It almost looked like it was washed in a gas station car wash with 1/2 of the spray nozzles working.Services: Full body wash
