Kind, knowledgeable and passionate. I love dealing with Mike even if we don't always see eye to eye and sometimes miss communicate, it's not a perfect world but Mike is about as close to perfect as they come. One of 2 shops in the country that can provide what I need and so far he's beaten the other shop in almost every way. I have complete trust in Mike and his enthusiasm and knowledge.

I ordered a 3500 Lx9 engine and performance package for my 1995 Chevy Beretta from Mike in April. Most of my order was ready in October which included a custom 2.5inch catless downpipe, 96 beretta OBD2 wiring harness and tuned ECU, ported 3500 exhaust manifolds, EGR delete, custom powder coated heater tubes, the 3500 LX9 engine, Walbro fuel pump, spark plugs, crank trigger kit, and some other things that I am probably forgetting about. I came to pick these parts up at his shop in Ohio, and the 3500 engine was very clean and already drained of all fluids so that I could transport it. I didn’t come very prepared so I was lucky that Mike gave me a pallet and let me buy a chain that he had in his shop to set the engine on/strap it down. Mike answered all of the different questions that I had for him about the swap which was awesome. The only items I have not received yet are the throttle body, adapter plate, and 36 lb injectors which will hopefully be arriving in the mail soon. All in all, I had a very pleasant first experience with Mike Miller. Him and his employee were from welcoming and helpful throughout the entire pick-up process. Yes it did take a little longer than expected, but with custom parts like these, it definitely takes time to make them and It was worth the wait.

Bought a couple small items and no problem but ordered a custom part and is a little bit late on delivery. I'm still waiting for the part ordered 6mnths ago. I'm hoping to get my part soon!!! So I will write another review and let the outcome known. Hopefully I'll be a repeat customer if I get my part soon!!! 12/25/21

I did not visit their facilities in Ohio, but I have visited their website, and I ordered a valve spring compressor for a 3800 series II. I received it in the mail this very day, and it is very good quality, I am happy!

Awful! Do not use! I wish I could’ve found these reviews before. Hopefully you’ll learn from my mistake. Paid $2,400 in full up front for a transmission. It’s been 11 weeks and he hasn’t even started. Called a month ago to cancel and he talked me out of it. Find this on Facebook and see the awful rating there. Won’t answer calls. My stuff isn’t even on his schedule. Gonna call repeatedly until I get my money back and I will get a lawyer involved if that’s what it takes.Edit: after finally getting ahold of him and telling him my side he wouldn’t budge on a refund telling me he was already upside down and my super special magic unicorn transmission core couldn’t be found anywhere. Got an email with a refund of $1,700 which hasn’t been reflected in my bank account yet. Lessens the blow but obviously I’m still out $600
