Went to Menards and needed a plumbing part and the person in that dept didn't know a damn thing about plumbing went to Lowes and the lady in that dept went right to where the part was so Lowes people are trained s little better then Menards people

Staff were helpful for finding items, but they had a sale tag on the wrong item (Craftsman electric mower with free trimmer or blower) which they were out of stock, and sent me to another store that supposedly had 2 (Wilmington Pike, see that review for the rest of the story) but they did not because it wasn't the item from the sale they looked up, and that caused a ton of other issues.

Service is always good, but if you go late in the evening always seems harder to get the service and help you need

Had an issue with a rebate for. Fridge. Bought a LG fridge and was supposed to receive a mini fridge and never did. Came in talked to Chrystal H and Thomas K and they were able to make it right. Thanks for the customer service!!

Overall okay but the employees are mostly inept. They generally don't know anything or have an answer for any question. The final straw for me was today when I placed an order for mulch a week ago. I got a text a few days ago saying it was my final chance to pick it up before my order was cancelled. I ignored it as I had a lot going on and took the message at it's word that this would be the last attempt then the order would be cancelled. Nope. Today I get a text and email thanks for picking up your order! I called and they said oops we'll refund you I guess but cancel your order in the future. My bad, I guess your text should say this is your final chance to pick up your order before we try to steal your money and see if you notice.

I have been calling this department off and on for the last two days and no one ever answers the phone.
Last time I actually went into this store a woman tore herself away from chatting with co-workers to "help" me.
She was extremely rude and acted like it was her day off.
Clearly management doesn't care.

This is the most ridiculous Lowe's I've ever been in. Nobody knows anything. I'm never going back to this Lowe's again. I'll be going to Menards down the road or Home Depot across the street. Bye bye Lowe's.
