A really well kept ,in town little trailer park. I had no idea it was as big as it is, but it's senior's only that's probably why every thing looks so clean and meet ,all the yards are beautiful, streets spotless of debris or old cars that don't run like most trailer parks, a really nice place in the middle of town yet still kinda secluded in a way , my mother loves it here ,and that makes me love it too

Management disrespects the residents and do not abide by landlord tenant laws. So lovely of them to rip off skirting to trailers that they DO NOT OWN... no notice to the resident (OWNER). Ohio law: 24 hour notice to enter property... These residents are only renting land. They own their trailers. So how does that give them the right to FORCE people 60/70/80/90 years old to pay for the things management does without notice. Veronica Snell and James Peterson (aka Pete) seem to think they can do what ever they want with no consequences and charging these poor old retired people, most probably on a set monthly income, hundreds of dollars in addition to the lot rent. Well, giving that Veronica is a licensed Realtor with Irongate Realtors out of Springboro...She SHOULD KNOW BETTER being a LICENSED REALTOR... They may want to take a second look at her and send her license back to the state before she gets them into litigation. If your parents or grandparents are looking for a 55 and up community, you may want to look past this one as long as Veronica Snell is the property manager. :( -- I forgot to include that my grandparents live in here sadly.

My grandma moved into airstream #11 few weeks ago and loveS the peace and quiet. I wanted to reach out and introduce ourselves in more subtle way. My name is nathin the oldest grandson and am sure that neighborhood has drove by and seen me. A few things i wanted to say is that i am only here to help my grandmother she has nobody and we have went thru some tough times lately but i am glad she found this place to call home and im looking for a trailer to buy somewhere myself. I been getting a vibe that we are not very much liked by some and i wanna say that please if you feel at any time i have offended or done something wrong i apologise i do my best to be polite and respectful always. My grandma is very kind hearted all i ask is that she makes friends and can live rest her days happy. God bless and anything i can do to help only need ask
