We lived there just shy of 7 years. Until the manager there now never really had problems. Then my vehicles started to get vandalized. I know for a fact that someone in control had something to do with it. We paid on time every month with the exception of twice. Drug deals are rampant. Stay away.

I have had several friends that have lived there and they all speak very highly of it they say that it's getting a little expensive but it's quiet
