Ed was here to install a new ro system and hookup our refrigerator water and ice line. Very impressive!! Did a clean neat job. cleaned up after himself was very pleased. I called them out to replace the softener we had when we bought the house. He came out and checked it said it worked fine no need to replace .wow a honest business!! Overall very pleased. Quality workmanship , definitely respects the customer.

So impressed!!!First, I was given a 2 hour window of 1-3 and Ed & another gentleman showed up at 1.Second, they looked over my current system (I had shut it off for probably 5 years because the salt got solid) and took the time to see if my system worked... and it did!! Other companies just wanted to replace it ($1500+) and didn't even discuss or offer to see if my current system would work. They answered all my questions and got me back up and running for less than $100... which to me is divine intervention.Thirdly, I was initially booked out until mid January which was their first available and I asked if they could put me on a cancellation list. They got me moved up to today... happy customer with one less "to do" off my list!I will definitely call them again (when my system goes out I may use their monthly rental program) and send referrals... Thank you!!

Excellent service from initial call to completed installation. Cory installed our water softener, was very professional and explained everything in a simple way. He’s a stand up guy. We’ve had no issues with the water softener and is pound for pound one of the best purchases we’ve made. Our laundry feels better, the dishes/dishwasher have no build up, the coffee maker doesn’t get clogged, my wife (who is a hairdresser) loves how her hair feels now and we’ve all noticed our skin is clearer. I highly recommend Dayton Softwater.

Called three times before I got to talk to someone about my problem. Either they didn't have anyone available to talk to me about the issues I was having with my water softener or I was sent to a voicemail.
When I did get to talk to someone they were polite and helpful, but I'm not a fan of having to make multiple phone calls just to get someone on the line.
