These people do not open on time! It’s ridiculous. It happens way too often. I’ve decided to drive 30 minutes the opposite direction just to get decent costumer service and the items they do have are overpriced! ZERO STARS

Never have I EVER been here and they’ve opened on time. Don’t plan on popping in for an emergency first thing in the morning. Even at a late 10:30a.m. They can’t manage to be open on time. It’s been years of this mess.

Need more updated hair products. Shopped there since they opened and it's still the same shampoo/conditioner brands. Only come here for the hair/ scarves

Horrible service. Rude. I asked to look at some hair jewels literally right behind the man at register and he yelled at me to go over to the wall where the rest of them were instead of showing me the ones right there next to him.super rude. Impatient and disrespectful. I don't support this store and no longer shop here. Boycott this store. They don't respect their customers.

I wouldn't know! The information on Google says they close at 7pm on Saturdays but the sign on their door says 6pm. I watched 4 different women drive up, get out, and try the door and they probably had the same reaction that I did ?. I just happened to be in the area and thought they might have a hair conditioner that I'm having problems finding in regular retail stores now but I won't make a special trip to this store just to see!

Me and 5 other people waited for this place to open at 11:00am and 2 people came by bus I think it’s very unprofessional especially when you are the only ethnic hair store in this area and you have several customers waiting for you to open this business at the hours listed on your door and probably is not going to even apologize ! Y’all need to do a better job he did come rushing up to open and he did apologize and he moved the line very fast but that whole waiting 15 mins and then you not open on time could have soured the experience . This review only got 3 stars because 2 of the stars was because they had what I needed!
