Had damage to my rear door on a 2500 HD Ram . Had three estimates , $2650 , $2500 , & $2100 . Weber's did a beautiful job , and added pin striping not on the other estimates , for $1400 including the tax ! Only took two days to get my truck back looking brand new , inside & out , with pin striping nicely accenting this Ram .

TAKE PICTURES of EVERYTHING. They lie!!!!
I took my vehicle to them 6-8 yrs ago and I was satisfied. It was a simple paint job though. They didn’t have to communicate or really do any work other than paint. Times have changed and I was warned and didn’t listen.
Don’t Take it to WEBER FRAME BODY shop!!!!! Multiple people in Preble County told me not to because of the customer service and they are difficult to work with. Do not make the mistake I did, learn from my mistake and others. My car still looked wrecked. The caliper had mud on it, shock was covered in mud and the frame was not painted. Frame hadn’t been touched, they didn’t fix the brakes and the hood wasn’t centered. I Couldnt have been more disapponted.
Took 55 days to fix the vehicle. Through the process they blamed everybody else and took no ownership. On the 3rd time returning it to them, they said they will fix the issue with the brakes but can’t provide a vehicle for me. Told me it’s not there problem. Even though this is the 2nd time returning it to the body shop and both time for brakes. Then they went on to tell me that checking the brakes wasn’t protocol and they were doing me a favor. So now we have a meeting set up with Weber and the adjuster for insurance. Now they’re wasting more of my time. I told them I just want it fixed right in a professional manner. Look at the pictures and see if you think they should have checked the brakes.
If you take it to this body shop expect blaming others for their mistakes. They care less about the customer and what you think. They are always right. I would have had to pay 484$ out of pocket if it wasn’t for Enterprise, both the insurance and the agency helping me out. What did Webers do? Blame me and the insurance company. They told me they didn’t wreck the vehicle and they aren’t responsible.
I always try to support Hometown companies because you think they take pride in their work and customer service. NOT WEBERS FRAME and BODY.
I had to take a day off work for my vehicle to be fixed for the 3rd time. Zero ownership!!!! Thank goodness for the insurance company, insurance agent and enterprise or I would have been out over 900$.

High quality auto body shop. They pay a huge attention to detail you won't be disappointed. Customer service is out of this world. They tell you they're going to call to update you they will do it. Highly recommend them. We won't take our vehicles any place else. Thanks guys for the amazing service..

I had them repaint my door and hood on my 2008 mini cooper and looks great! You can't even tell what was painted it blended right in with the other panels. Excellent work and Eric was very helpful.Services: Painting
