The landlord is rarely ever in to speak with. Apply elsewhere if you're actually needing to move, as this place will give you the run around and outright lie to applicants for weeks about availability and when they will start interviews. Untrustworthy.

amazing manager and amazing tennents. the manager actually does her job and follows the rules. she gets rid of the people who abuse the rules and makes sure everyone is taken care of. she doesn't let anyone walk all over her and makes sure everyone is happy and the apartments are taken care of.
