My appointment time was at 1930 I arrived at 1730 and I had the pleasure of dealing with Penny and it was nothing short of an awesome experience. She treated me like a person instead of a lowly truck driver. It was such a pleasure dealing with somebody like her. I hope to come back and deal with her again. I was loaded and on the road before my appointment time.

Got here at 11 o'clock this morning. For a 3 PM pick up and I'm still here At 9 PM for a load. And still there is no word. That's supposed to be droped 500 miles away at 2 AM. This place has no respect for drivers. Now i've lost my next pick up and probably going to be screwed for the rest of the week.

I don't know about all the bad reviews. I was a Saturday delivery. Arrived 2hrs. before my appointment. The only mistake was the kid in the guard shack told me to go to shipping. They give you a map. But he pointed to the shipping docks which is the first thing you see. It's a block in front of you, and he told me to back in across from the docks and gave me a sheet to fill out with name PU # etc, and walk that into the office. Guy in office said he sent me to the wrong office. So if you're delivering, go through the gate and veer Right and go up the hill. There's a temporary parking slot, nose up into that and walk your paperwork back to the door between, I think 29 & 30. They put me in dock 36 tandems back. Unhook, and they break your seal, put a jack under your trailer and I was offloaded in no more than 15 minutes. Nice people! Maybe loading is more waiting. But a serious 5 stars. No overnight parking but there's a small Marathon TS directly across the street. And another a couple blocks before the entrance. Be safe. Brokered freight is killing you!!

Staff are ok but dang the loops they make you jump through is absolutely ridiculous.Dropping your trailer is pretty simple but getting it back is the pain part .To get your trailer after you drop in the door and put a jack under it you have to stop at the office before you pick it up and get the key to the air line lock on your trailer then drive around the plant to get trailer remove said jack , remove the glade hand lock , hook up , drive around the building , then park it and walk the lock back up , then get your paper work and then go back out side and wait for yard doggy to seal your trailer .And no they don’t get in a hurry except to wait !

it is very dirty here, the people who register you at the entrance are friendly, and the people who register you and assign a door number are disgusting. Loading is fast, but you need to leave the trailer and they will load you up to the maximum weight, you can check the weight nearby at the entrance, night parking is nearby on two truck stops, but there are no places many.
