I have a 100 year old cottage with an open crawl. The floor joists needed support. There was a very tight opening and Jim/Mitchell came in and did such an amazing job.I couldn't give a better review or a higher recommendation. Well done guys!

Great expertise, service, & communication. I was refinancing my home and my bank required a foundation inspection. The owner at Klier Structural Movers was able to schedule a foundation inspection for us on short notice and quickly provided a thorough report based on decades of experience that satisfied the bank's requirements. Excellent value and highly recommended.

I live in a century home (1880). I was looking for someone to level the house or at the minimum, replace a couple of supports in the basement. Mr. Klier came to my home to give me an estimate. That cost me $100. He quoted me a price (4-5k) and said he would send me an estimate via email. After several weeks, he sent a quote for twice as much as the original quote. (10k) When I asked about the price hike, he told me he would do it for the original quote. He said he would call... never heard from him again. Wishy washy and unprofessional. I would not recommend them.
