“First time going to a phone repair location and I was expecting a similar experience as buying a phone case from a mall vendor. Instead the store and staff were extremely clean, professional, firendly, and organized! I needed a screen protector replacement for my inner fold screen and they told me it would be 15 to 20 mins (there were people ahead of me and constantly flowing in and out of the store, so I expected much longer). I left and came back to pickup and it was all good to go! They even gave me a break on it citing that it looked like I had been taking good care of my phone so the screen protector coming loose wasn't my fault. Highly recommend!!!”

“I had an appointment with Logan today to repair a large crack on the back of my iPhone XS Max. I could not be happier with the return of the phone and service overall. Logan was very professional in explaining the process of the repair, and accurately quoted me with a time in which it would be complete. My phone now looks like I just took it out of the box and I truly could not be happier. On top of the service and professionalism, the price was also cheaper by a rather large margin than quotes I received from other places.
